IHOP

We just walked out of IHOP after our food was served. Being seated with full view of the kitchen/​service window, I could see the waitresses serving as expediter and bussing tables, not washing their hands in between. After dealing with a small army of flies, watching food sit under the lamps while the waitstaff lingered was disturbing, but after the waitress dumped our food on a prep table and flip it back on our plates, we walked. Unacceptable.

My husband and I eat here after getting off a late shift at work or after a long night out and the servers are always friendly and the food is cooked to our liking and is prepared quickly. I like this location. However, I do feel that when I have ordered takeout from here in the past I do not get as much of a portion as I do when I sit down to dine.

New to the area from NC. I enjoy ihop back home. I usually go for an omelette in the morning before my practices as a professional athlete. I always go in to get the big steak omelette. This was my first time being hosted by this waiter by the name of Jasper. Me and my fiancé received great service. He asked questions no other waiter or waitress ever asked. Like the type of cream my fiancé wanted with her coffee, how would we like are food prepared, and even checked on us throughout our meal. Even after the meal he opened the door for us to exit. Kudos to you Jasper. I hope your manager gets to read this. What a great guy! I see promotion in your future.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED… Went to breakfast with my boyfriend and we sat and we’re talking and 30 mins had gone by before we realized not one waiter had approached us. Meanwhile there were at least 20 waiters that had walked by and a bunch standing in the corner talking… We got up and walked out. It was unacceptable and we will never be going there again.

WoW this is good place to buy food they are very nice I definitely like this place I got my order in time thank you I hope.

Very good food. But all the servers were in the back playing around. Taking about farts. Very disrespectful.

Place was cool but smelled like caca, I thought the eggs were too raw, toast was burnt but toby flenderson provided great customer service ! Made it better!!!

There are so many things to say about this place, the service was good and our serve was even better, and during the holiday season, it was the right atmosphere to spend early morning breakfast with my beautiful wife.

I believe this is the last visit I’ll have at this location. Once again, I called and they said my order will be ready in 5 — while I still had 15 min to get there. It wasn’t ready — and not only that, they were charging me the meat combo price, and I only ordered eggs/​hashbrowns/​toast combo. The order was put in after I arrived — I will be calling a manager today, since no one even bothered to call me after I left my last review. Thanks IHOP — terrible service — no apologies.

Ate breakfast this morning. Wanted to be different so I ordered the berry crêpe, sausage, bacon, hash browns and eggs. The crêpe was awful! That’s no crêpe! Rest of the breakfast was good. Service was good.

We come to IHOP because my husband craves the White Chocolate Raspberry pancakes. Today after viewing the menu and looking at the Double Blueberry pancakes, he changed his order and got them instead. After 3 bites of pancakes he was reminded why he gets the White Chocolate Raspberry ones, he was disappointed. They did not come out looking like the picture to the point that I did not think he got the double blueberry, but regular with a plop of thick blueberry syrup. His eggs and hash browns were cooked (this time) like he requested, so he was content.
I ordered the Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad, and how can you ruined that? Well let me tell you, the ham pieces they had in the salad (which was not much) tasted funky and fatty, so after that bite I was done. The food here is standard and depending on who’s cooking, and who is in charge of the kitchen (MOD) you may get it cooked per request and out to you hot. So for that I give an average of 3 stars.
I have learned to look over the coffee pitcher before the server wisps it away to fill with coffee, because one time it looked really nasty sitting on a clean table. So they clean the table and do not bother the coffee pot. Humm?
The wait to get seated depends on what time you come and it varies. Because the crowd is expected then so should my patience. The service in general at this location is usually slow. We have had one good waitress over the years but she has either left the company, or we just can not seem to go when she is working. The staff turnover is high. Seems like a new set of faces every visit. We waited today just to get our order taken almost as long as it took us to get seated at the table. When we were ready to pay out, we had to have our server chased down. Other than the «how does your meal look?», after it was set down, we were not checked on again. Since I was happy with my coffee, my hubby drank my water because of the lack of table service. For the service I did not give any stars.
No manager checked on us during this late Sunday morning meal, nor did I even see one floating around.
Overall experience 2 ½ stars and usually I am generous and round up. But not today.

Wow. Just, wow. My husband and I went in at about 8:30 on Sunday. We stood at the host stand waiting to be sat for about 15 minutes. There were multiple employees that glanced over (some more than once) as they would walk by, but NONE greeted us. We waited so long thinking one of them would show us to table, but finally gave up and walked out after being ignored for so long. Can’t imagine what kind of service we would have received had we of actually sat down to eat…

Good food! love coming here during later hours. service was great, the guy serving us seemed like he had to take the whole shift himself, & he did great i was impressed! There were about 5 other tables there at the same time as us & food came out in a timely matter.

They have decent sweet tea, the food isn’t bad, but I’d like for them to get it right occasionally!
Some of the servers are efficient. I was sat, I waited for close to 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. As usual they didn’t get the order right. If I come back, it will only be for a sweet tea

This location used to be among the best in the chain: the food was always well executed, the staff was responsive, and the restaurant clean. Sadly, this is no longer the case.
My father and I went to eat at 1 pm on a Sunday. There was a wait, the lobby was full with 4 – 5 waiting parties. Oddly, the booth nearest to the hostess stand was empty, save for the departed party’s dirty dishes and napkins. But, we waited. After about ten minutes, they seated us… In between two empty, unbussed tables. Quite off putting, but we decided to deal with it. In our section alone, there were five empty, unbussed tables. We waited almost 10 minutes, but no one ever came to take our order, not so much as a greeting. We decided to leave after we noticed the only tables that had food on them were the dirty ones, the kitchen must have been backed up.
On our way out, we asked for a manager, and had to wait… A small, young girl with fire engine red hair finally emerged and smirked at us as we told our story. So sad to see this location devolve into this.

We ordered the bacon omelet which says it has 6 strip of bacon, NOT AT ALL what I received, there was barley any bacon in it. We also ordered the BLT and there was only ONE tomato on the sandwich! Will not be returning to this location, very disappointed.

It’s hard to ruin Breakfast.
A house of pancakes should have a five star rating.
My experience was two stars.
The grits tasted like instant. And they filled the bowl less than half-​way.
I’ve never seen biscuits like these. They looked like they had been cooked, frozen, then thawed out by toaster. They were served without butter or jelly.

I love this IHOP is very convenient off the highway. My kids love it here and the service is always great as well as the food

Wow, $ 52.00 for a breakfast??? Really?
IHOP you are not fine dining… back to Denny’s where you can get the same eggs and bacon for $ 30. Just plain ridiculous!

This IHOP has HORRIBLE parking, we experienced lousy waiters, and today they apparently had an inexperienced cook (they just couldn’t get the bacon right). I need to find another IHOP to got to.
I leave this review because I am an experienced waitress, this place was manned by inexperienced kids.
