McDonald’s

This McDonalds is always busy. I stopped here at 1:30 for a quick lunch and the drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I dined in. There were several people already in line but it moved quickly. My order of a double cheese burger meal arrived quickly. My fries were hot and fresh however the buns that held my cheeseburger were hard. I took them back to the counter and the cashier apologized and replaced them immediately. All and all I was satisfied with my visit and will return again.

As another poster said, you know what you’re getting at McDonald’s and this review is about the service and not the quality of the food. After the McDonald’s near the intersection of I-​35 and University in Denton, this is the second worst McDonald’s known to mankind. This place is understaffed (I’m assuming since it takes them 3X longer than any other McDonald’s) by a bunch of rude, lazy and incompetent employees. Word to the wise, don’t take their word for it if they tell you they’re out of something, they just don’t want to serve you. As most people know McDonald’s recently started serving breakfast all day, and I learned the hard way that they hate serving that breakfast. As I was chewed out by some manager/​supervisor simply for trying to order it and she told me it would be at least 20 minutes. I just left, I’d already been waiting 10 minutes just to order, and it wasn’t busy, it was 10 minutes waiting for the 2 people in front of me to be helped. The next time I went in I ordered a McRib from the same lady, and she gave me one of the multiple «we’re out of that» replies I’ve gotten at this McDonald’s. But she said it with some attitude, and I remembered before how much she hated making breakfast so I ordered an Egg McMuffin. Would you believe it, they «found» some McRib back there? It’s a miracle. But they only filled my large fries about halfway. Which is pretty typical of this McDonald’s, they treat the fries like they’re bars of gold they’re afraid to part with and are unwilling to give you the amount you ordered. If you order a large you’ll get a medium order in a large order box, order a medium you’ll get a small order in a medium box, etc. Who knows what you get if you order a small, maybe a slap in the face?

Slowest McDonalds ever. I won’t talk about the quality of the food since its McDonalds, you know what you’re getting. This McD’s has the worst slowest service ever. Awful.

They just gave me a free drink, sweet! :) No problems in the past with this location either.

So far this is the best McDonalds in our area.
No problems here.

Awful stale and greasy (more than regular mcdonalds which is pretty scary). Good luck getting the order right.
