This posting needs to go. The only HEB around is in Burleson. This spot is a Central Market.

I could be completely blind but I had absolutely zero luck finding this H-E-B. I’m from Austin so this store is my favorite grocery store ever and to drive fifteen mins down IH30 only to find a Central Market, I was greatly disappointed. Is it hidden somewhere? Do I REALLY have to travel to Burleson to find a standing H-E-B or am I just being a blind old lady?

H-E-B is in my opinion the best grocery store there is. The regional options available are what I love the most. The endless brands of salsas, smoked sausage, and bacon are one of the things I look forward to the most. Then there are the fun things like the fresh tortilla station or the jerky bar. The vast produce options are also a high point for H-E-B.

Got dinner and stocked up hotel fridge for my long business stay in Ft. Worth. I knew what to expect at Central Market but was unprepared for decisions getting full meals I could eat while away from home. Started with a salad(prepared, not from the salad bar), fresh fruit, bread rolls from the bakery, prepared soup, cheese, HEB milk, and desserts to die for! Plus small assortment of bulk munchies and I had several great meals and great snacks. It was Hatch Chile Fest time and the Hatch Peach Pie looked yummy and I still regret not buying the whole thing.
