Came here to catch up with a friend! Yogolait lacks a variety of flavors — while I was there, there were 3 types of tarty yogurt, white chocolate, chocolate, strawberry, vanilla. They were out of 3 other flavors, including pink grapefruit, at 3pm on a Wed. Texture is on the soft side. To try samples, you use a plastic spoon and the froyo can spill over. Their yogurt costs $ 0.47 per ounce, which I feel is slightly on the high side. I also feel they could benefit from a water dispenser. There is a lot of seating areas though! Though it is near where I live, I prefer going to other places for froyo.

So with the mercury climbing like a monkey on a watertower, it’s a special treat once in a blue moon to pop over for some froyo, which I’ve been known to frankenstein into some wonderous flavor concoctions. Because the only thing better than some low fat frozen yogurt might be the toppings, and that strategy that goes into piling them on in such a way as to induce the perfect spoonful combination. And while I realize that this isn’t exactly, well, NASA, the kid in me comes out in these situations and I can’t help but angle for the perfect bite. Enter Yogolait, the super cute, pristine, and comfy yogurt shop on Hulen where the flavors rotate, the toppings come off fresh(and even, in some cases, clever), and the appointments of the room suggest that most folks camp out and stay awhile. Which happened today. I’ll be eager to see what the next round of flavor looks like, exactly, and come to think of it, there’s really only one way to do that. Science. And extensive sampling.

This place one of the best froyo places! Boasts 3 tart flavors and with several interchanging flavors. I like their tahitian vanilla! Loads of toppings to choose from! The yogurt flavors are labeled with small digital screens with colorful designs and nutrition facts. The place is colorful with lots of reading material while you eat. The place is clean and has a frequent customer card

Yogurt, how I love thee. Since moving to Fort Worth, I’ve only seen about 2 yogurt shops and none of them appeared very appealing. Well tonight I had a HUGE craving for delicious tart yogurt. I don’t know what it was, I just wanted me some fro yo, yo! Used my handy dandy Unilocal to assist me in finding a delicious fro yo spot. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile from one of the guys there and I darted straight for the goods. Although their selection of yogurts don’t appeal to me as much(pink lemonade, white chocolate, and flavors like that aren’t my thing), they did have 3 different types of tart. Super plus! I also tried this japanese pear(?) flavor that turned out to be great. I was also impressed by their display screens used to tell you the flavors. Very fancy. Smaller selection of fruit and goodies for toppings but they were still good. I’m simple so I wasn’t missing anything. All in all, I’ll be back. This place makes me feel more at home in Austin, which is only a good things!

Fort Worth has too many frozen yogurt shops. Period. This is one of the top two places worth repeat business, in my humble estimation(after some enjoyable research). No one in FW has better vanilla(«Tahitian Vanilla») than Yogolait. The other biz has the corner on chocolate, but I digress. Other serious advantages: self-serve, so you can mix as well as sample on your own, excellent quality in both the product and the toppings, extensive nutritional information is listed, good rotation of flavors, and quirky toys/gifts for sale on the way out. The fact that they offer THREE types of tart/sour yogurts is not only unique but shows a serious committment to quality. As does the consistently pristine cleanliness of the place. I don’t go to yogurt shops for the atmosphere or to hang out because I don’t see how that is ever appealing. But on my first visit I was greeted by Christian rock playing on the sound system, which I found both hilarious and odd. The couches and tables appear quite comfortable, and they’ve got an interesting selection of mags, making it the only place I might hang out if that were necessary. They are family owned & always courteous & the yogurt is excellent. I’m fortunate to live close-by, but if I didn’t, I would certainly make the trip.

Really good! The froyo is very creamy and tastes delicious. Less watery than other froyo stores around the city. Best of all it’s self serve. You take a cup and choose as many flavors as you want then go over and pick toppings. The toppings are the regular stuff you find at any froyo place. I wish there was more fresh fruit and variety. After you’re finished you weigh it and then pay. It’s 47 cents an ounce.
