Gateway Diagnostic Imaging

First time bringing my Mom to Gateway. They’re ok. The waiting room is clean and decent. The front desk employees were standard, nothing to write home about. One thing that I do feel needs attention is that the front desk employees were discussing their personal matters quite loudly to where patients in the waiting room had to speak up or talk in each others ear just to hear. Next time close the glass window that seperates you from the patients. We dont want to hear about your personal life. Scheduling department deserves 2 stars. They were very dry and flat on the phone. Not at all welcoming. Just a job. Bye Felicia!

They staff is cheerful, the location is neat and clean. Its reassuring when you may be already worried because you’ve been sent for a scan of something.

Service was great but unfortunately the billing is awful. I was over billed 200 dollars after I knew I had already met my deductible and I am going on a month of my refund is being processed, supervisor will call you, etc, and absolutely no response or result. The last phone call I had with them was quote: «that’s just the way it is.» Totally and completely unacceptable, both ethically and professionally.

My wife was absolutely treated horrible by the Arabic person. He was not professional and was RUDE in his Words and Body Language. My wife asked for a Female, his first reply was, «Why, are you on your Period?» RUDE. Then rushed her saying «Hurry up and Pee» I know some arabic men are prone to treat women as LESS than them. This is one of them. This so called lab tech has no business helping women. He also said, «Empty your pockets!» Very harsh and mean, then after she did he asked her «Are you sure that’s everything?!» I am so disappointed and upset knowing my wife was highly Disrespected and treated like Crap. Shame on you for not monitoring your wanna be doctor who could not make it is stuck in taking pee samples. So he gets to have his fun by talking Down to women and treating them Rude. This person should be fired.

Very positive experience here. Very friendly staff and helpful when processing insurance.
