lunch was great as always and service at first was very slow for being empty at 2:30pm but then she made up by being great and signing us up for points system… ate lettuce wrap and egg drop soup… and cucumber/berry lemonade

I LOVEPF Changs. This particular chain is in the GulfCoast Town Center. I always stay here when I’m in town with work. So I’ve eaten at this location before, but I always carry out and take it back to my room. Now I’m a PF Chang regular so my expectations are pretty high. The staff was mediocre as was our waiter. He didn’t even make the sauce for us, he didn’t even offer nor did he bring out the items for it. We went around dinner time and they weren’t extremely busy, we were seated immediately. No complaints about the food it was good, our waiter just could have been better, more attentive.

Always good food! Been to this restaurant many many times and will continue to return! Personal favorites are lettuce wraps, Korean BBQ, honey or Kung pao chicken. Even though it is a chain, they do their best to make it a nice experience!

My experiences at this PF Chang’s have been a hit or miss. There were some issues in the past, for example, the beef strips in the Mongolian beef dish were over burnt, and they looked like fried pieces of beef jerky, even the server commented«oh, they look like they got burnt on a beach.» Another time, they put way too much spice in the spicy green beans and the dish was too spicy to be edible. The server at the time had an attitude and argued that«that’s why it’s called spicy green beans.»(I order that all the time, it’s not supposed to be Thai Hot Spicy!!!). It wasn’t until later that night that the manager came over and said that they received several complaints from multiple customers that the spicy green beans were made too spicy. Other times I came, the dishes were too salty. However, this review is on my experience on 5÷3÷16. I had a great experience that night, all the dishes were delicious. That probably also have something to do with the fact that I tried to stick to the dishes I would usually order. My usuals: –Lettuce wrap with chicken for appetizer –Mongolian beef –sweet and sour pork(and request them to make the pork crispier so it’s more Canton style) –Banana spring rolls for dessert — fried banana with caramel drizzle and homemade coconut-pineapple ice cream. The ice cream is so good, you have to try it! –Side order spicy green beans Tried something new that night: –Asian grilled salmon — the salmon’s done too dry and lack any flavors –Garlic noodles — since I am trying to avoid rice in my diet, I ordered some noodles. Surprising it was so good that I finished the whole plate of noodles. It’s simple stir fry noodles(without sauce) with chili peppers & garlic, and it came with sliced cucumbers and cilantro. Beverages: –Dragon eye oolong tea — we ordered 2 pots for 3 people to share. They make you order a new pot after 2 refills with hot water. I really like the ambience at PF Chang’s, it’s a beautifully decorated dining space that showcases upscale Chinese food. The seatings are intimate and best for dates or family gatherings(evening is better, as they would light up a candle for each table). As long as I stick to my usual dishes and garlic noodles :), I would be satisfied. I would not dare to try other dishes as I would get disappointed historically(they’re either too salty or tasted bland). If they would keep up with the quality I experienced the evening of 5÷3÷16, I would be a happy PF Changer! Also, do sign up for their preferred rewards program, you get points for money you spend and you could redeem the points for entrée, etc. It’s simple to use, as you only need to give them your phone number when paying.

I love PF Changs. The service is usually very good and attentive and the food is always delicious. My favorite menu item(some pan fried noodle dish) was removed a long time ago though and I am very unhappy about it.

Have visited multiple PF Changs around country. This is probably the worst one I visited. Food is ok, about average. Service although pleasant to your face, made me and others at my table feel like we needed to eat quickly and get out. This was especially strange, considering that restaurant was half full. It’s almost like all the wait staff has been given a mandate by management to expedite dinning process. Waitress visited us so many times for no real reason that it was difficult to keep a conversation going at the table, might as well sit down and dine with us. Once again, not terrible but certainly uncomfortable and awkward. Also, ease up on points promotion… we came here to eat and hitting us with points program sign up before we had a chance to put our drink order is a little forced.

Great service, great food. Be prepared for long waits when in season. Consistent food, service, quality.

PF Chang’s is the best in Chinese food. Not that I’m an expert in Chinese food, I’m a regular guy who’s eaten at a lot of Americanized Chinese restaurants. The food is high quality, prepared well & tastes great. They have some familiar dishes, but a lot that I’d never had before. I like going in & trying something new each time. Only downside is that, in season, it’s very busy & usually long waits at regular meal times. It’s worth waiting if it’s only 30 minutes or so. The staff was friendly & helpful.

A disappointing meal all around. Too noisy, understaffed and embarrassingly slow service. Our waitress couldn’t remember to refill our drinks(4 requests in a row), charged the wrong tab for 2 of our party of 6, and returned, asking all of us to show her our receipts! The entrees were brought 8 minutes apart, making cold the ones who were served first. Forgot rice. Wrong orders. Horrible evening. We’re done.

We arrived to a 45 minute wait but was offered to eat on the patio as that was first come first serve. So we found a table pretty quickly. We waited a bit before being greeted but she was nice and friendly. We had ordered two appetizers and our order. The apps came out quickly and then another server came out and asked if we wanted them boxed so we did. She they gave us the check which was odd since we didn’t receive our normal order. We pleasantly told her that we weren’t finished and she apologized and took back the check. That’s when it went further down hill. The first server basically vanished but we got our food and ate it. Then came to receiving the actual check and like I said everyone vanished. A good 20 minutes went by and finally another server came out and got us the check. Thinking it would be pretty quick and she would come right back but she disappeared as well. We must of waited another 10 minutes and finally I got up and walked to the bar so we could cash out. Just terrible specially since one of the servers said they are all a team. Can’t seem to find any good service and Noone takes ownership when there is an issue. Probably won’t be back!

I will probably never order from this PF Changs again and we LOVE their food! They need to do an attitude check on the employee taking to go orders tonight. I think I’ll stick with Pei Wei as THEY have great customer service and are very accommodating as opposed to condescending.

I have always enjoyed PF Chang’s, but the food at this one was disappointing by comparison. The lettuce wraps were tasty, but were short on lettuce, and I found a bone in the chopped chicken. My husband’s shrimp, walnuts, and melon balls was good, though about 50% walnuts. My entrée was Singapore Street Noodles(with chicken and shrimp). The flavor was not great(ok, maybe that was just my taste), but there was not much meat, and the one large piece of chicken was not cooked. I showed it to the waitress, who did offer to get me another entrée, but we had waited 40 minutes for our entrees and I didn’t want to do it again. We also ordered dessert — 2 chocolate and 2 vanilla fried wontons. The presentation was pretty, but they were not at all sweet! I’ve never had tasteless dessert before, and it was frustrating. I left there still hungry and saddened. The upside was that the reservation process and drinks were excellent, which is the only reason why they get a second star.

This has got to be the worst Asian eatery(unfair to call this horrendous place a restaurant). 1. Everything is overpriced. 2. Everything is oversalted. 3. They try to recreate the«wok breath» by adding some kind of a ridiculous smoke flavor I still can’t get over how bad this place is. The only good thing was the pleasant wait-staff.

I am typically not the biggest fan of large chain restaurants but I do have a few that I frequent because they are just that good. PF Chang’s has became a recent one of «those chains» for me. And so I had to try out this location since I was over in the Gulf Coast Center. Which is you are not familiar with this area, there is a ton of things to do in this shopping center(movies, food, bars, shopping, hotels, etc) The staff was friendly from the moment I entered until I left. They were actually rather busy for a weekday when they had just been open for about 20 minutes. I had wonderful service from the bartender and the food came out quick and exactly as ordered! Obviously with it being a chain, the menu and theme remains as one expects from a PF Chang’s. I love the atmosphere and the«grand» décor. On this particular visit I tried the lunch portion of chicken kung pao jicama tacos. The chicken is simmered in a spicy chili sauce and definitely packs some heat — which I love! And each lunch special you can choose either a soup, salad or egg roll. So I went with the egg roll. All very delicious and I will have again for sure. I am an appetizers type of person at places like this, so I am not the one to ask about their entrees. But I do recommend the lettuce wrap, crab wontons and kale /quinoa dip! Happy hour is a reason to go though! From 3−7pm on weekdays you can get some fabulous menu items for a low price! My favorite drink anywhere of all times is their Spiked Lemon Tea — but I always sub out the rum for vodka. So my point —- Even if you are not a fan of chains give this one a try, I think it may surprise you. And if you love PF Chang’s already, then this location will not disappoint,

Four stars for service– PF Changs was exactly what I wanted before flying home the next day after having visited this location. I didn’t want to take chances with the local restaurants and risk winding up sick. The«normal» wine glass is 7 ounces which is very generous, and the«larger» pour is 9 ounces. For two nine ounce pours each for my husband and myself we paid less than the bottle price of the Sauvignon Blanc we were drinking. Chicken lettuce wraps are always a favorite of mine, they were good as always and the lettuce was cold, crisp and fresh. Mongolian beef was so tasty I vaguely recall my husband finishing the leftovers we brought back to our hotel while I was trying to sleep. The server stood out. She was quick and accommodating and her coworkers took up any slack she may have had– refilling water glasses, clearing plates and refreshing plates. A very solid experience compared, service-wise, to their other locations.

Our waitress, Shayla, was an absolute sweetheart! She made our visit here wonderful. Attentive, charming and very good about getting everything we needed. The food is honestly what you would expect from a chain restaurant like PF Changs. A step up from Pei Wei, but its not the best. We knew what to expect so we werent disappointed. My partner ordered a walnut melon shrimp dish and the chicken fried rice. We opted to share. He absolutely loved the shrimp, but I wasnt a fan. The taste was just too confusing for me, but it was well made so I can’t knock it. The fried rice was delicious! My sisters mongolian beeg was also great, her and her boyfriend also got an order of spicy chicken made with a chili sauce. They liked all their food. I cannot stress how amazing the service was though! We were afraid of being ignored for sitting in the empty bar area, but Shayla was amazing. She truly made our experience worth coming for.

I love PF Changs. I am a fan of the mongolian beef or the sweet n sour chicken. Fried rice and won ton soup is a nice addition. Lettuce wraps, ribs, dumplings are good appertizers. I am not a fan of their fried wontons aka cream cheese puffs or aka crab rangoon. Last night was packed so sat in the bar. Dinner came out before appertizer and fried rice after both. Bar hostess was not friendly but place was packed.

Great atmosphere and food at P.F. Chang’s! I HIGHLY recommend the Orange Ginger Edamame for a starter and the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli and quinoa for an entrée. Nice friendly service as well!

PF Chang’s is always pretty good. Being a big chain restaurant they make their food the same way every time so chances are if you’ve had it before it will be the same. This time I got their deal for 2 people eat for $ 39.99. Pick a soup for each person, 1 appetizer to share, each person picks a meal and then a desert to share. Not bad for $ 40.
