I hired Chad and his team for several tasks, small to large. For small — He repaired weather stripping, put togther a pesky DIY closet kit, and attended to a list of other homeowner jobs that are periodically and annoyingly necessary.
For large — he and his crew painted the exterior of the house It was flawless. The workmen were very attentive to detail and the project was completed just as projected. Chad was present to supervise and to assure the quality that he guarantees.
After providing a fair and detailed quote, Chad’s team took extra, personalized steps to accomodate me as their client. For example, when I was temporarily visiting doctors instead of running errands, they went out of their way to secure paint pallettes from the community’s General Manager, then came for an in-​house consultation with me.
