This company is terrible. Our technician has now TWO TIMES (in a matter of 3 months) not showed up when he was supposed to. We then call the office, they call him and he gives them some story about how he came the day before and this time a young boy let him in (mind you we don’t have kids). I have to spray after they actually do show up because it does not stop the bug problem. We are unfortunately locked into a one year contract with them… but after our contract is up we will be going with a more professional, reliable company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
