Went to see Dr. Khaimov. He was very knowledgeable & gentle. He knew right away what was wrong. The place is a little hard to find but well worth it. I found the receptionist to be very nice & she even helped with the directions. Went there on a Saturday which is great. No long wait got in very quick. Very happy.

Obiously the receptionist needs to look into another job. I experienced the same problem. I called, and asked to speak to a certain employee, and was hung up on. I would suggest hiring someone with just an ounce of customer service/​phone skills.

Been with Dr Yoon for about 9 months now. Have gone 6 times since. Great bedside manners. Actually remembers you and your history without too much prompting. Seems to genuinely care about his patients. Right or wrong, I find that doctors who work on Saturday typically fit this mold. The office itself isn’t all that fancy — feels a lot worse if you’re coming in through the «backdoor» from the parking lot (as oppose to the front entrance). But what I care about is getting the best care and advice from the doctor, not how fancy the office looks.

I would give this 1 star if I could. Went there with a really bad stubbed toe. The doctor (Dr. Greg K) removed my nail and wrapped my toe with gauze which ended up sticking to my nail bed and I had to rip it off later on and I went to the hospital where they put a Telfa band which is for open wounds. I was soaking my foot for almost 3 hours and nothing worked. When I called to complain the secretary literally hung up on me. She was incredibly rude in person and just straight up nasty. No surprise since she was allowed to wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt to work in a doctors office. Should have expected the horrible service considering the office looks like something out of the 60’s with their pink stained carpet throughout. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Dr Yoon Yi has been my podiatrist for over 10 years. He has always been very courteous and patient. He is my favorite doctor. It’s an added plus that he’s bilingual in Korean & English. The staff at the foot & ankle center are also very courteous and have excellent customer service, which is really a rare find in doctor’s offices. I highly recommend Dr. Yi to anyone with foot/​ankle issues.

I took my mom to see Dr. Jake Kwon, who was very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He answered all our questions thoroughly both in English and Korean.
His staff was pleasant and was able to accomodate her for a last minute appointment.
