So my co workers and I decided to order form there after the whole e. coli issues. I didnt want any guacamole, but was charged for guacamole. I eat half of my lunch because I wanted to get my refund for something I didny order, yet was charged for. Upon my arrival at the fort lee location, Eric the manager decided he was going to give me attitude and argue with me about why I was charged for something I didn’t want or order. His condescending attitude was unwant, unwarranted and rude. FYI, THECUSTOMERSALWAYSRIGHTBUTAPPARENTLYITSWHITEISRIGHT! !! I won’t be returning because I felt that Eric was racist because I wasn’t not White, therefore, not important or worth his time. Chipotle can keep their nasty food with e. coli. This is not place for people that is not white because that who they are trained to cater for. The nasty attitude of the uneducated and ignorant staff will be the reason this place is shut down. Keep your money in your pockets and dont eat from here. Thanks to Eric and all the Donald Trumps of America. Gross and nasty food, service and attitude. The next day i mentioned the above to my co-workers and was told that several of them called to complained about the amount of food they receive and to my surprise, no one except for the white woman received complimentary free meal. Also, it should be noted that Eric’s friends have been harassing me on Unilocal and letting me know that he is actually Spanish. Thanks, to Jose G and Alyssa M.

Overall experience great for a fast food restaurant. They handle their business well and manage people to get in and out quickly. Compares to the other Chipotles in the area some are slow and have miserable people this one is exceptional though.

When this location opened, my coworkers and I were thrilled as this could be added into the lunch rotation. Previously it would a treat and a rare occasion as one of us would have to make the trip to Edgewater for Chipotle. Sadly the food is hit or miss here. A few times the chicken was overly charred and chewy. The chips which I very much look forward to were stale a few times and so inconsistent with the flavor. Sometimes they’re overly salted. Other times they’re completely lacking. Tortilla chips that lack that crispy crunchiness is a sin! Service has been pretty good though. They’ve definitely improved since opening. They’re well staffed and handle the line pretty well when it gets busy. I do try to get there a little later to beat the noon lunch rush to save time. There’s a big lot but bc there are so many stores in this shopping plaza, it can be tough getting a spot. And people are vicious in this lot!

Probably one of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. The chips are like from a year ago so stale. The food doesn’t taste the same. Not even a chicken quesadilla can be done right in this place. Please drive a little more and go to Edgewater! The chipotle there is very good

So we should all lower our expectations for fast food a little bit. I feel Chipotle is fast food but it’s definitely higher quality than all of its competition. They use non-GMO products which to me says a lot, consider the meats and foods from fast food restaurants are just a bunch of fillers. Anyhow the service here is great. It is always busy whenever I come here yet its Super clean. They probably clean the restaurant every 10 to 15 minutes. Location is next to the Hmart, so nice spot to pick . The chips are great here, also the food taste nice and fresh. Had chicken, cilatro brown rice, guacomole and some firey salsa Lacks a little bit of zest for my tastebuds, but for what it is, its a great deal.

Gotta be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen. 7 employees are present but only two people actually working. Two eating«lunch». Two others standing around doing nothing. Two more who knows where. One manager doing nothing about the 10 people on line. Meanwhile the burrito guy can barely put a burrito together, falling apart at the seams. Moving as slow as can be. Can’t be too hard on him though, he was the ONLY guy working the line. That manager is a joke. He sees its busy but would rather joke around with the two stoner employees in the kitchen doing nothing. Laughing at their smartphones. Probably won’t be working there long term if that’s how he represents the business. 10 minutes to serve one customer while others wait. He should be jumping on the line helping. What a joke. At other Chipotles, I’m in and out in five minutes even with a long line. Twice as long as the line I stood in here! At least it still tastes good. :/

Chipotle is always good. Luckily i haven’t been to a one that was bad yet. One thing that disappointed me though… was that when i asked if they make Queso-ritos, they said YES.(in case u don’t know what that is. it’s a burrito with a quesidilla as the outside wrapping. so a double layer of tortilla with an awesome layer of cheese in between) so i was SUPER excited, cuz most places i’ve asked said no. BUT… when they made it… they just used one tortilla and melted cheese on half of it… then they made a regular burrito that’s the same as a burrito with some extra cheese inside. =( so close. but so far. ANYWAYS… aside from that disappointing sad life story… chipotle was delicious price was decent(much better than in NYC)
