Very nice center. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took my insurance and I was able to get a real early appointment so I could get my MRI done and get to work on time. The office was recently renovated and looks like a spa. Everything is very clean and efficient. Really nice waiting room with wifi, tv, café latte machine etc. I went for some tests at another place two years ago and after coming here I’ll never go back there. Highly recommended if you need a test, really good experience.

This MRI center was the worst! It took me almost two weeks, including a re-schedule, to have my MRI procedure. This was *not* because of my insurance or doctor’s office. This was my first time needing an MRI(of my foot to be specific) so I did appreciate their late hours. I was able to schedule my appointment with them immediately after seeing my doctor, after 5pm. This was the only good experience. Since my initial phone call, I called over the next couple of days to get my approval status, up until the very day of my appointment. On that day, they asked me to re-schedule my appointment, as I still haven’t been approved. When I asked why, one of the staff members stated, «We open pre-authorizations the day before; but yesterday was Sunday.» Two things, yesterday… was Monday… and my appointment was re-scheduled because they waited *the day of* my appointment to start this process!!! My insurance company and doctor’s office was baffled by this. The next appointment available was one whole week later… During this waiting period, I called several times, daily — to get an update. Turns out they needed clinicals from my doctor, but never made an attempt to request it from anyone. So, I called my doctor for them.(Please send my paycheck via USPS.) My doctor faxed this to them in less than five minutes and confirmed it received. All the MRI office simply needed to do was fax it over to my insurance company(or call, which I advised a couple times). They waited one business day before my appointment to fax it over. My insurance company still had not received the clinicals. At this point I had enough, and essentially begged the MRI center to just call my insurance company and give them the clinicals. They finally did this, and my insurance approved it by day’s end. The light at the end of the tunnel was, I did not have to wait until my appointment; they let me come in on a Saturday to get it over with. The MRI office itself is very clean. It was a Saturday and not terribly busy. I am a new patient so filled out the forms and started my MRI within 30 minutes of getting there. After the scanning, they handed me a CD with my name written on it. The CD contains the scanned images. They informed me the digital images would be sent to my doctor within 1 — 3 days. The next day, I decided to pop this CD into my laptop to look at the images, out of curiosity. Guess what… the images were not even mine! They were of *another* patient!!! This has been one of the most terrible medical experiences I have ever been through. Hello, HIPAA! I called the following business day and spoke with the Technologist. I let them know I had someone else’s CD. He sounded a little nervous and even asked me to bring it with me if I came in to get my new, correct CD. No — I had enough of them. My doctor was able to get the correct images(thank god) within that 1 — 3 day time frame. Heaven forbid, if I ever need an MRI again, I will not choose this place.
