Beach Cigar And Hookah Lounge

I don’t smoke cigars but frequent cigar lounges for their usually stellar whiskey selection in a nice environment free from frat boys obnoxiously enjoying their dollar domestics and two dollar tequila shots. Even on a Saturday night there were only two people in the place and the whiskey selection was great!

I will never go back in there again. The worker in there was so incredibly rude to us. I just can’t.
A good friend of mine who was visiting from Ohio and I stopped in one afternoon while on our way to lunch. I was looking for a specific cigar and wanted to know if they carried it. My buddy took a seat as it was HOT that day!
The clerk was busy helping a few customers in front of me, so I waited patiently while browsing the store. After a long wait, I had already walked the entire store, not spotting my particular cigar. I made my way back over to my waiting friend to walk out.(I wasn’t getting any help even though all of the customers were helped.). Just then, the clerk walked over to us. I opened my mouth to say «hi, I’m looking for a…» and the clerk cuts me off simply saying «you can’t lounge in here.» Needless to say, we were caught a bit off guard by his abrupt rudeness. Perturbed, I explained to him that I had not come in to lounge but was looking for a cigar, a CAO Flathead 770 in particular. Since I had already seen that they didn’t carry them, I was leaving. I explained to him that there had been no cause for his attitude and no need to be rude.
Nothing close to an apology from him. He couldn’t have cared less about our needs. Or serving us. Or doing his job. Despicable.
I asked him if he was the owner. He simply said, «no.» Asked for the name of the owner. He mumbled something like «John», turned and simply walked away from us like we weren’t even there.
Incredible. I hate to think that in this day and age, two Black men can’t walk into a cigar bar without being treated like this is the 1950’s.
I’ll go buy my cigars at Cigar Boutique in Wilton Manors or Neptune on US-​1.

Great cigar bar! The staff is great. The owner really loves cigars and is very helpful. Great selection of cigars with a few I have not seen before. Well stocked bar. I will definitely come back.

They have an excellent selection and at a reasonable price. The manager was very helpful and even showed us the new sports room in the back. Every seat is arranged so that you have a view of the TV and can engage with other patrons. They also sell a variety of other smoking materials, cigarettes, and E-​ciggs. Very cool spot and convenient location.

Visited twice recently during a Fort Lauderdale vaca with friends. 6 guys enjoyed drinks and cigars and really nice atmosphere. 4 of the 6 guys all frequent cigar smokers, so know our way around cigars and cigar bars. Probably the best of its kind I have seen in the U.S. (other than more posh clubs like Club Macanudo in NYC. But, this was the best for a relaxed vibe).
Just about every imaginable cigar brand and type you could ask for. Full alcohol selection with plenty of bourbon and scotch selections and other favorites as well as bottled beer. Service was great in terms of choosing cigars. Casual, but really nice seating area. There isn’t table service for drinks, but that was not an issue at all. Walk 10 feet, order drinks, and they carry them over. Service staff was really nice. Nice TV’s to watch NFL football, while looking out window at Fort Lauderdale beach. Yes… kinda tough to complain.
Location right on the beach. The convention center is down the road as well as 10 major hotels with steak houses all around. If you are in town on business and want to take clients after dinner or just with your wife, you cannot go wrong with this place. Also has a private room that can be rented for client events, etc. Pretty cool set-​up Whole place is clean as can be and the smoke filtration system will allow you to walk out the door barely knowing you were in a cigar bar. A little better this year but not that much. Now I only come to South Florida once a year for vacation BUT, posting store hours would be a great start since so many shops open whenever they feel like it. No doubt that the selection is great and the seating is awesome. I wouldn’t however say that these employees are that knowledgable in their cigars. They tend to sell you what they are trying to push but if you know what you want then it’s a great experience.
However, what kind of cigar bar or bar for that matter doesn’t have any beer on tap! When they pour you a beer they magically get it into one glass with a world record amount of foam! Bartenders are ladies that are there for aesthetics and not for their ability to make your ass a stiff one that you want for vacation. My recommendation is to buy your cigar and walk down a block and get a drink and smoke outside on the beach.
And maybe this is just my American side showing but what REAL American wants to watch a truckload of TV’s showing soccer! There is at least Sportscenter or football re runs.
Store hours people! Please. That’s a great start. If you’re the best (only one really) cigar bar in the area then start enforcing your reputation in the customer service department

Place is nice but the Times I’ve been here has always been slow however liquor is God full range of cigars and other smokes

I’ve come here twice now. Excellent atmosphere, ambiance, friendly (and cute) staff. Good hookah, well-​stocked bar. Great place to duck out of the sun/​heat for a while.

We popped in here a couple Sundays ago just to get a drink and get away from the chaos of Fort laud beach /​beach place and I’m sure glad we did! We decided to try a hookah and really had no idea what we were doing or which flavor to get (big selection) but told her to surprise us! They were extremely helpful for us newbies. Great service. Huge cigar section for all you cigar lovers. Full bar and lots of big tvs seems like a great place to watch a game! Also this is by far one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been too, I thought the place was brand spankin new! Will definitely be returning.

I had a very pleasant time. Very relaxing and welcoming. I will definitely go back the next time I am in that area.

I went in and asked the guy if he had blunt wraps, he stated that he had something like that and proceeded to sell me a pack of natural wraps.
Once I got back to the room and handed them to my traveling companion to roll his «tobacco», he remove them from the pack and they were old, stale and had shrunk in the pack to half their original size and tore apart as he tried to separate them.
Total lost of $ 4. Was planning on going back later that evening to sample the bar, hookah and lounge area, but after being «taken» for $ 4 for something I could have bought for $ 1 at home, I decided I was no longer interested in spending any money with this establishment.

I had a pleasant experience here while on vacation. The blue mist hookah is the best and highly recommended. The staff

A real chill place to be and I go there all the time and love just meeting new people that come in there. A great selection and Bob is really informative on what kind of cigars would be best for you.

Very good service and relaxing atmosphere. They helped us pick out a cigar (reasonably priced) and had a great selection of craft bottled beer. Definitely recommend.

Best bar at beach place. The manager is beyond nice and so friendly and familiar with everything they offer. Forget off the hookah! This is the place to go to smoke hookah!

Located towards the back courtyard of the Beach Place shop center, I found a great place for some great cigars and enjoy a cold beverage.
Inside, the place is set up very nicely: Comfortable, plush couches & chairs arranged around coffee tables create a casual chill atmosphere.
Further back, you’ll see a fabulous display of cigar offerings on hand. About 80′ feet of cabinets arranged on a u-​shape against the back wall with a cigar for every taste and budget. The very knowledgeable staff is there to assist, offer suggestions & answer questions to match you up with the ideal cigar.
If you can stay awhile, you can retire to the couches or like me, enjoy a seat at the great marble bar.
Beers, liquors, wine and champagne of every strata are on hand. Beer was fine with me.

It’s a cozy area. This place most definitely has costumer service, which I haven’t seem much here in Florida. The hookah was good and so was my jack and coke. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of cigar. But other then that it’s a good chill spot.

Was walking around looking for a place to hang out while the wife was napping. Great lounge friendly atmosphere & selection of cigars. Drink pour was great a true gem hidden in a strip mall. Try it you will be pleasantly surprised

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very overpriced and rude staff. Told I could not hang out and smoke on cigs u purchased from them. I guess I was wrong for thinkin that’s what you do at a lounge? Lost my business for ever. Had a better experience smoking in front of 711

My husband and I had a great time here after our Sunday brunch. Large variety of cigars and the staff was very helpful. We spent most of the afternoon there lounging around, enjoying a cigar, having some drinks from the bar, trying out a hookah and even buying some things for the house! Beautiful, huge showcase of cigars and a fully stocked bar. Will definitely be coming back!
