2 Months after my father’s passing I got a letter of feigned sympathy and encouragement to contact Marcus to sell my father’s home because it’s a «prime time to get properties listed and sold.»
I am offended that he had the audacity troll death notices and contact families in this way. I hate ambulance chasing, and hearse chasing even more. This method of drumming up business is distasteful.
The condo sold before Mr. Valdez’s letter arrived, but he’d be on my «AVOID» list had I still the opportunity to choose a realtor.
Others may have no problem with such practices, and he may just be a nice guy trying to make a living, but I find it disturbing enough to write this review.

One of the best real estate agents I’ve met since moving to Fort Collins eight years ago. I used to be in the real estate business, so I’ve met quite a few Realtors, but Marcus has always stood out for me. He is very intelligent, knows the local market, and very personable. Of all the agents I know, Marcus Valdez is on the short list.
