Gary Clark is an excellent person to work with. We moved from Washington to Northern Colorado and wanted a house asap. He always made himself fully available for us whenever we had questions and made us feel important. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family based on the positive and exemplary service that we received from him. He feels more like a friend than someone helping you with a transaction. He went above and beyond making sure we were fully satisfied and he is an all around nice and very kind person. Gary Clark truly exceeded our expectations when we were looking to purchase a house in Northern Colorado. We just moved from Arizona and were eager to find a home as quickly as possible. Let me first start by saying we will definately be working with Gary in the future. I met him at an open house in the neighborhood my wife and I were looking to purchase in; immeadiately I felt like I was being treated with the respect of a good friend. Gary was not my realtor at the time, as we were still new to town and the market and didn’t want to commit to anything quite yet. Gary helped me to understand some of the quircks of the surrounding neighborhood and what to look for when searching. He was honest and helpful even before we decided to use him as our agent. Once we brought him on our search went without any hiccups to include our high demands as new home owners. Gary put together a timeline and checklist for us, to include people we could get in contact with (inspectors, etc.). Our experience was great and the deal was closed in 30 days!
