I absolutely love Gib’s! You will not be disappointed by these bagels!

2 of the 6 were fresh. So I geuss u have to ask what’s Not days old? I lived in Manhattan so. I know bagels and these are Not NYC bagels(I hear it’s in the water) anyway … I’d be satisfied if it were not for the bad to poor service. Maybe staff outta get more sleep or lay off the weed. Ps: I hear the safeway grocery do make a decent sesame

great sandwiches and bagel selection, but some of the young girls who work there need to lay off the weed. They screw up my order about every other time I’m in there.

Went to get my bagel this morning? No one home? Called… no answer? Did you guys close the rain tree location?

Best bagels in Colorado. Can’t be too picky about bagels out west, but gibs has that proper bagel chew down. Also, great meats and cheeses.

Nice little place on the SW side of FOCO — Great bagels, but the service could use some improvement, I was 3rd in line, my order(½ dz and 2 lattes &1 hot coca to go), was taken quickly. The bagels were up almost immediately but that I had to wait 20 minutes for the coffees was ridiculous. That 2 other employees apologized several times for the wait told me this was usual. The girl making the coffees was moving so S – L – O – W – L – Y and had a frown on her face the entire time.

I love this place. It’s probably the only place in Fort Collins that has an authentic east-coast feel to it. The bagels are fresh, have the right texture, and are delicious. As far as Fort Collins bagel places go, Gibb’s is by far the best.

First time here — ordered bagel sandwiches with egg and cheese and the mocha coffee. Bagels are very good — especially the Parmesan. Mocha coffee was also very good. We bough half a dozen day olds for home and those also held up very well. Can’t wait to try more bagel flavors!

While there are 7 people making bagels behind the counter, I’m not sure why it takes 20 minutes to fill a bag with 6 «raw» bagels… I love Gibs, but they are SO slow. Never stop by when you’re in a hurry.

Don’t bother. Tried to get a cup of coffee all four urns were empty. However the kids working there where deep in the process of talking and singing. It took 15 minutes to get our bagels even though no one else was waiting. Finally I went to toss a dog at packet and saw bugs crawling our of the trash. This place should be closed. It’s disgusting,

Years ago, «back in the 1990’s», Gib’s touched off a bagel-store tsunami, where bagel places were opening up left-and-right, all over Fort Collins. Local places, franchises, you name it. All these years later Gib’s is still here, pumping out quality bagels, sandwiches, and breakfast food. When you’ve got it right, you’ve got staying power. I like the bagel sandwiches best. They hold up great in my backpack on hiking trips, and it’s such a huge treat to sit on a mountain peak, pull out my Gib’s sandwich, and eat lunch while admiring a view. As good as it gets!

This review is for the newest Gibs on E. Harmony(where Truman’s used to be) I was a avid Truman customer, and never had a bad experience there. My husband, myself and our daughter were on first name basis with several of the employees. Since Gibs has taken over this coffee shop has lost all of its charm and quality. They push a button for their espresso now which is horrible. Just this morning I went in for a vanilla latte and it taste like watered down coffee. its seriously horrible. The staff are so none personable seems like all they care about are chatting with one another rather than their guests. I think this finally hit the nail in the coffin for me on Gibs. They do a good bagel, but(this location especially) will not be getting my business anymore. As much as I am a local business supporter and«ma and pa shop» advocate, I think I will just go to Starbucks from now on. So sad.

I went in to Gib’s for the first time ever today at the recommendation of a friend. I don’t expect impeccable service at quick places like these, but the young girls behind the counter looked at me three times before acknowledging me and never even smiled. They were, however, very speedy and I got out of there faster than expected. Service aside, my bagel was so disappointing. I ordered a blueberry bagel with honey-nut cream cheese and somehow the whole thing tasted really savory like onion. Not ATALL what I was hoping for, but I was on my way to work before I noticed. I would rather go to Panera than have that experience again… but I will probably give them one more chance. I wanna know what all the hype is about!

Best bagels in Ft. Collins. Service was friendly and fast even on a busy weekend morning. My jalapeño bagel was perfect.

Best bagels in town. Not sure what else to say here. If you don’t like bagels, don’t go? But then why would you be reading this.

Gib’s has the best bagel I’ve ever tried. Depending on who is working, they remember my name AND my order. Sometimes they’ve given me free bagels if it’s late enough in the afternoon. The place can get kind of busy in the mornings on weekends, but they’ll get you in and out within a reasonable time. Make sure to check in the campus coupon books, as they offer a free bagel with cream cheese(with a drink purchase).

Solid bagels, blah coffee. Review is for bagels(garlic with lox spread), not for the coffee. Not a big deal, just get the coffee elsewhere and the bagels here.

I’m partial to Noah’s Bagels back home in Cali. Gib’s tries to be like that in terms of offering wider varieties of bagels, spreads, drinks, and snacks. It’s not terribly bad, their bagels or spreads. I ordered a sun-dried light spread on a regular bagel. Decent enough! Service was quick but servers were curt. Price was a little too much for a bagel and one drink. The table space wasn’t too clean. Not the best bagel place around, that’s for sure.

Something has certainly changed for the better. That or I was just a cranky ‘ol turd that morning. Occasionally the line here can get a little nuts, but when you’re THEONE bagel place in FoCo and you’re consistently making a great product, word gets out and people love it. And they should too. Even Whole Foods has caught on — the bagels you get in the FTC store come from Gib’s. Buy Local. But Bagels Local. Buy GREAT Bagels Locally from Gib’s. I’m sorry Gib’s — let’s kiss and make-up. Scratch that, how’s about a dozen and some spinach artichoke schmear to go?
