Burger King

The food is good, and the employees I have dealt with were friendly and seemed to be working hard. But the last few times I was there the store was staffed with only 2 people, and this was during prime dinner hours. The cashier was running to the back to make food, then running up to take an order. The result is a long wait, especially for «fast» food.

Yes it Okay but I to deal with the Metro Access drivers in getting to stop at the drive thou. Once a blue moon I get a driver will help me. I also know that some of the old Burger King they let there BK to run down. I’m happy this a new one. Here my review.
They get my sandwich right. The speaker to place your order sometime you have to drive around to place them. After you pay and go to the pick-​up window. After you get to your job you find out there no sugar or Splenda. It just make me made. But I keep some in my desk just incase. Lunch time I my catch someone going there. Some of there sandwich small. Very small.
Order two and get a large drink. Finch fries I like but not to be on it. I pick KB over McDonald any day.

This review is for the new BK on Fort Belvoir. Writing reviews for fast food is worthless because they don’t seem to care but this place is just so bad I couldn’t resist. The service is unfriendly, they don’t acknowledge you as they should. This happened twice. I chalk it up to the manager letting the young employees do what they want because he/​she can’t handle the responsibility of running a shift at BK. The young female at the front was running around the store chasing a co-​worker as customers waited. another co-​worker was eating at a table maybe he was coming or going who knows. I don’t expect the world from Burger King or any fast food restaurant. However, when the service is this bad (on more then one occasion, typically around 2000 hrs) there is obviously a problem not just with management but the franchise holder. I don’t know what’s up with this place, but they need to fix it. I was excited to get a BK on this side of post but I will not be going back anytime soon.

I don’t like to review fast food places because they tend to be pretty much the same across the board, but this is the most inefficient Burger King I have ever seen.
There is nothing wrong with the food (given it is fast food of course) or the location (the food court at the PX is perfectly fine), but I have never seen slower service at a fast food place. They are friendly, but with no fewer than six employees working at 2pm, there is no way that it should have taken as long as it did to order and get my food. If it was an isolated occurence I wouldn’t blink, but every time I’ve ever tried to eat here it takes forever to get my food.

I can’t give this BK any stars at all but it made me give at least one which is not accurate… I have just moved to the area and I have gave it a try twice. I agree waiting and waiting and waiting… I stopped for bfast one morning as I seen it wasn’t busy. I was the only one in the drive thru line. I ordered a sausage egg cheese Croissantwhich nothing fancy… he told me I had to pull up and wait in the front and he would bring my food again no one in front of me no one behind me… so i was highly irritated… nxt stop I went at night one car in front of me took forever to take my order over 10min and then get to the window 20min later gave me my whopper and said i needed to pull up and wait in the front for my sweetpotatoe fries to cook. dread it that I have already waited over 20min after placing my order… i asked for my money back for the fries… then get home my whopper don’t have cheese… they are officially the worste BK I have ever went to and will never return back.

The food is your standard Burger King. I’m giving this place 1 star because no matter what time of day or night you go there, you wait, and wait and wait. Lunch rush, 10 min to take your order and another 10 to get it.
I normally don’t bother with this place because of the obvious wait times but tonight there was only 1 person waiting for their food so I thought I’d give it a try. My order was taken quickly and then 15 minutes later I had my food. no kidding 15 minutes. When I finally got my food there were 8 other customers standing with me… waiting. I’ve never seen such a poorly managed fast food restaurant and it’s in a food court too.
