Not a bad restaurant, pretty pricey but not bad. Music and entertainment is more for a Russian party type. Overall it ok

For the price for steak I would expect a whole lot better. I asked for a rare steak they bring be well done I sent it back asked them rare once again not only do they bring a hockey pock of a steak it was covered with thick streaks of fat talk about low quailty meat. Mash potatoes are not fresh and almost positive it came from a box. Now with the sushi where do I start, iv been eating sushi for years I have never been served fish with such low quality. Mostly rice small amount of fish and far from fresh ! AVOIDTHISPLACERIPOFFWITHLOWQUALITY. Rather eat dog food then the dump they serve on a plate.

Went here years ago and I guess they were under different owner, now I guess owners have changed. Came for relatives birthday party, and was shocked by low quality of service and food. I have never seen zuchini sticks beeing served at Russian place, do they have problems with creativity at minimum price of $ 90 a head I think they should do better then that. Taste of food is blah, music was just ok. Dance floor needs some serious repair, so girld in high heels be careful. Despite all decided to give them a try and book my son’s firstbirthday party there only because they are a block away from my house. That was a wasted night, after their manager went through whole thing and gave a price, he expected us just to take it with out giving it a second thought, we asked to have a copy of the menu and they would not let us have it for some policy reasons. I could not be bothered to be pressured into signing up for something that costs couple of thousand dollars and not beeing able to give it a thought so we just walked out. I have spoken already to few places and they all gave a menu and wrote the price on it, with out a question so what’s up with conspiracy. They claimed that I will take their deal else where and try to leverage some other place, ahh ok… what ever. Also mind you that was same people that were telling me that all Russian Restaraunts on Brighton Beach is no competition to them. Like I said what ever… Get a clue Will be going to good old Brooklyn and will try not to come back to this place

If you are looking to try something a bit more russian restaurant feel than the Uzbek joints, I would give this a shot. It’s a much bigger hall with a stage, a show and a band on weekends, the whole works. You can and order off the menu or do the«banquet» dinners which include A LOT of food, family style and usually a bottle of wine and a vodka for the table, this will probably be around 75 a person. It’s OK from the entertainment to the food OK, not my cup of tea though, clearly much better places in BK, if you want to stay local and do Russian restaurant, i would MUCHRATHER go to EMERALD on Queens blvd and 64th road.

I’ve only been here once for an engagement party. What can I say if you enjoy Russian music and clubs then this is the place for you. Food is aplenty with Russian staples of an assorted of salads, cold cuts, fish and plenty of alcohol. The entertainment is the club singers and dancers.
