Been along time since I’ve been there and should’ve known better and stay away Sherry cut me many times If that’s even her real name you know you never know she hurt me and then she charge me extra five dollars which was not on the board to file down my nails I will never go back there again they need to be investigated by BBB they suck

I haven’t done my nails at Coach in the longest so I can’t comment on their nail services. However I’ve had my eyebrows waxed their a few times and I was not too thrilled about my experience. The room that waxing is done is does not seem sanitary at all, which is a major turn off. I was pleased with my eyebrows once and decided to go back. The second time I went the woman that does waxing wasn’t there so a man did it, worst experience of my life. I’m not sure if he knew what he was doing but she pressed the wax and waxing papers so hard on my eyebrow that when he pulled it off, pieces of my skin came off. This was so upsetting being that it was a few days before I went back to school. I had to wait for the damaged areas to heal, and scab which looked awful. Not a fan of the service.

This place is so horrible. This is my first one star. I don’t like giving them BUT they did such a bad job on something so simple as a mani and pedi… my nails were cut so short, that it was painful. I ignored the bad attitude after I kindly asked if they could rinse the foot bath prior to my pedicure. Just Gross and very poor service. Hygiene is important in these kind of places. Their nail polishes were REALLY old (you can barely open the bottle on some) and not smooth. Never again do not recommended!!!

I came here again as they are extremely close my house. I went at around 2:45pm and was not seen until 3:30. they had only two people working there. It was a long wait, but on the up side, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They took their time doing my nails (they cam out great) and I have no complaints.

I’ve gone here a few times — usually for pedi, sometimes mani and eyebrow wax. I’ve never had a problem with any — mani/​pedi usually lasts for almost 2 weeks, and doesn’t seem to chip or anything. Eyebrow wax was also done well, and I am pleased with these ladies (and gentleman) doing their job.
I’ve had to wait a few times, and they have told me only 5 minutes. 1 time it turned out to be 30 minutes. I was in no rush and had time to kill, so it wasn’t a problem, but they should have told me 30 mins. I would’ve gone shopping or something and come back.
The owner sometimes give customers a hard time about things, and has gotten a bit nasty sometime. Luckily I’ve never been on the receiving end.
I come back because they do a nice job and are a relatively good price, but not for the customer service part.

Ever walk into a place and wish you could walk right back out without being completely rude? Ok, so that’s what might happen here.
Coach nails was quite busy when I came in on a Friday afternoon, but when they said only 5 minutes to wait, I picked a color and sat down to wait. And wait. And wait. Why say 5 minutes when you really mean 15?
Ok, so I finally get put into a pedicure chair and notice it’s a bit broken — ripped and cracked and old. As I look around the spa I notice it’s clean, but outdated. My nail technician was pleasant but most likely not really licensed. A few days after my mani/​pedi the nail polish has worn off — from what I’m not sure.
I think this place is great if you have no other options, but I most likely will not return. It’s a shame too because it’s in such a convenient location!
Oh, and a fight almost broke out between the owner and another customer who insisted tips should be allowed to be put on credit cards. Luckily I happened to have cash!
