It’s a good spot for Salvadorean food, and the decoration of the place really gave me flashbacks to when I was there… Specially the background music… The food was really good… I ordered tortillas chips with guacamole and fried beans, sopa de res and fresco de maracuyá. The portions were plentiful and the waitress was very pleasant. Overall I had a very good experience with my family.

This has to be one of the better pupusas I have had. The cheese and jalapeño is great and so far the bean and cheese isn’t half bad. The pupusas are larger than most other places which in my opinion gives you more bang for your buck. The staff was very friendly and the place was super clean. The salsa was a little watery, but that’s the least of my worries.

I order some extra large pupusas to go. And when open the box I found a massive bomb delicious rice pupusa! Sin faltar de una horchata autentica. Best pupusas in the IE

The menu has changed. They are detailed. They added new food to the menu. Their food is really good. And the prices are more than reasonable. This place is really clean, the restaurant colors and atmosphere is very vivid :) I’m not from el Salvador but I have tried my Salvadorenean friends food and I have to say taste is hand-in-hand.

I’m probably being a little unfair because I’m ½ salvadorian and I’ve tasted what REAL pupusas should taste like. This place is FAR from even being close to a good pupusa. I’m thinking most pupusa places in the I.E. are bad so in comparison to what’s around, this place might be good? Anyway, my daughter refused to eat the whole pupusa, one of her favorite foods. The horchata and ensalada drinks were bad as well, very watery. We also ordered the fried yuca; again, not very tasty or authentic. The restaurant itself was clean and roomy with ample parking located in the rear but no thanks on the food!

Great customer service and delicious food. I love ordering the Plato tipico from here. It comes with several traditional Salvadoran food. The place is pretty small and it usually does get crowded on weekends, but the food is worth it!

Ordered popusas to go from this place. Didn’t get to see them until we got home and to our surprise, these are huge and full of flavor. Some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Delicious!!! This is by far the best pupusas I have ever had. We decided to try this place that was recommended to us from some one from El Salvador. From the first bite til we finished our meal, every morsel was delicious. It also helped that the servers were great, very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for authentic food from El Salvador. We will definately be returning.

I love pupusas, so on my way back home from doing some work in Palm Springs, I searched for a place off the 10 freeway and found this. The wait was too long, especially since it was lunchtime, the restaurant wasn’t very busy AND I told both the order taker and the cook/owner that I was in a rush. I ordered a lunch combo for $ 7.99: one pupusa, one Salvadoran tamale, beans and sour cream. My pupusa was actually delicious but could use a little more stuffing. The tamale was fine. The curtido(cabbage slaw) was way too salty(and I’m someone who puts salt on everything.) The typical vinegary spicy brine flavor was lacking. I may have given it 4 stars, had it not been for the fact that they charge one dollar to use a credit/debit card, which is kind of illegal, if not disclosed, not too mention, too high a fee on such a small amount. «If the cash discount option is not fully disclosed prior to your committing yourself to the goods or services, or if it does not clearly explain the merchant’s policies regarding debit cards, the merchant may be violating California law,» the California Attorney General’s website says.

I was having a Pupusa craving for lunch so I placed a phone order. The cashier/owner is super friendly! I ordered a revuelta pupusa and a Jalapeño and cheese one. Both were delish! My fav was the revuelta one though! Sooo good! Homemade flavors all the way! And even though I placed a takeout order my food was still hot when I got back to work. They hook you up with all the fixings too. From now on this will be my Go To pupusa spot when I’m at work! Tips: *Order ahead to avoid lines *Have Cash handy because there’s a $ 1 fee for credit cards/atms *ORDERTHEPUPUSAREVULETA !! :)

I’ve been here 4 times the last two weeks, and I don’t know what they put in their Pupusas that keeps me coming back for more!!! Very affordable prices and excellent customer service, from the Ensalada drink to the Platanos Fritos, everything reminds me of the home cooked meals my mother used to make for breakfast!

I love love love the jalapeños and cheese pupusa, ensalada drink really good. Plato tipico is my fav and you can pick what pupusas you want. They have different salvadorian sweet bread that my husband and i love(my husband’s fav peperechas, mine is the quesadilla that they will head up for you so it will give you the just made experience) and they just go perfect with a cup of good coffee or the amazing chocolate that by the way is a huge cup. They are open till 10pm and will take orders by the phone so your food will be ready when you pick it up(pupusas take time to make) the only reason i dont give them the 5 stars is because the music is always too loud, even when you ask them to lower the volume.

Amazing! Went here today for a quick lunch and ordered two pupusas revueltas each, handmade chips and guacamole, and a Colashampan orange drink. Unfortunately our eyes are more ambitious than our stomachs and we could only finish one each! Really good fresh food, very friendly service, and a clean place to relax while you eat. I would highly recommend coming here whether you are familiar with Salvadorean cuisine or not! Get what we got if you are not sure — I can’t imagine anyone would not like it. :)

I will definitely be coming back to this place. We started with a pork tamale, the masa is so tender and flavorful. Also ordered the tipico dish, big serving! But sooooooo good. The revuelta popusas were amazing, came with a side of black beans, crema, a fried plantain, and a mix of chicharron with yucca. We also had the mojarra Frita, it is hugeeee. Plus it comes with a side of beans a salad and two handmade tortillas. Allllllll was good! Plus the ladies were very nice. Must try.
