We have been using Rafael to clean our windows for about 3 years. He’s come to our home about 6 times and we are always impressed with his quality of work and price. I have used other window cleaners, but the service and quality of Expert Window Cleaning is the best. I refer this company to friends and family whenever someone needs their windows cleaned

***COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED***
I used this company about a year ago from a living social ad and was very satisfied. I was told by the owner (Rafael Velasco) that he would honor the same price on future visits, but later learned that he would not. I really wanted/​needed my windows cleaned because of a special event we were hosting at our house so I was willing to pay his higher price.
Even though he wouldn’t honor the previous price quote, I decided to still use him because he did good work. We scheduled an appointment for this morning and he did not show up. I had to make special arrangements (miss out on overtime and lose a rare opportunity to sleep late) for our appointment so I was truly disappointed that he failed to arrive at our appointment time.
While talking to him on the phone to complain about his failure to show up… he said he would not be coming because he was going out with his family now. Then, while expressing my continued disappointment, he HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I will never use or recommend him again! There are so many other reliable and dependable companies to choose from…

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, courteous and conscientious. They have excellent communication and called to say they might be a few minutes late, which I greatly appreciated. They did a fabuous job! I had previously had another company wash my windows and they did a horrible job so I was a bit apprehensive about this company but they not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. You can be sure that I will have them take care of all my future window cleanings. And I am having them come back and clean the blinds. I heartily recommend.
