I had Sean come out to do a tune up on my garage door. He did a great job and spent additional time dialing in the limits of the door exactly where I wanted them. He was prompt and worked quickly. I will use First Response from now on and highly recommend his service.

Wow! We were so super happy with our service call. We bought a coupon from Amazon for a tune-​up and roller replacement. We were alittle concerned on the quality and if there would be a bait and switch on the all stuff we need to repair. Thank God it was just the opposite. Not only were they able to come out the same date, our technician, Sean, arrived on time, he was very professional, customer service oriented and so knowledgeable.
We are more than happy to refer anyone to them… you will be pleasantly surprised.

I was having problems with my door not closing unless I kept me finger on the button the whole time it was closing.
I called Sean and made an appointment for the same day. Sean came over.“On Time“
He realigned the photo eyes and tighten the chain and checked the drive motor.
Instead of repairing the motor, that has a plastic drive sprocket that was wearing out… I decided to get a new belt drive motor… quieter and you can use your cell phone to open and close it.
Sean will be coming back in a couple of weeks to install it.

I used Sean from First Response to diagnose a problem I was having with my garage door not opening. He came out as planned and discovered it was just a misaligned safety switch. Very resonable and honest service which I really appreciated. He also paired my opener with my cars built in remote.
