Hong Kong Cafe

We stopped by Hong Kong Café to grab a quick bite before going back to work. It was actually still quite early, so we just got a soy milk, a Chinese donut, and pan fried small buns. Everything was just «meh». The buns were kinda … not warm, which is surprising because it’s not like we were there late. At the beginning of the day, should the food be the freshest? Anyways, we didn’t even finish those items because we didn’t want to waste previous tummy space since there are so many good places to try. Even with the somewhat cheap price, we still left feeling disappointed and hungry to try something else… somewhere else.

After seeing this station being built for a few weeks, I was really excited to try it out. I ordered scallion pancakes and pork buns — Food was cold! The inside of my pork bun was chilly and the pancake seemed like it was sitting out for a while. I am very disappointed and do not expect to return to this place, there are better places in this food court!
