Dunkin’ Donuts

Came here once after realizing I only ordered the wanton soup from the Golden Noodle restaurant. I only brought one donut.

The parking here sucks. There is a lady that stops by and yells at you if you parked over 10 mins BUT before the 15 min limit. I enjoy my coffee in peace, I do not need a mean old lady telling me to GTFO. No thank you, will not be visiting. Otherwise the coffee and donuts are decent. Hence the extra star.

I used to live around the neighborhood and came here a lot. The staff don’t acknowledge their customers and I’ve noticed that the manager yells at the staff a lot. I’ve noticed that there’s always new employees every time I visit, so I’m think there’s something wrong with management.
I went in one time and it was really busy that the manager came out to take orders with the staff. When I come to up place my order she didn’t acknowledge I was there. I didn’t mind that she didn’t say «Hi, how are you? Can I take your order» or something. She IGNORED me and called the person BEHIND me. When I complained, she flat out said that she knew the customer and, therefore that justified letting a customer cut me.
I’m glad I moved because I’d hate to have to go here whenever I want dunkin donuts just because its the only one in the neighborhood. I’d avoid this place like the plague, unless terrible service is your thing.

This is a such good place to take a drink and eating my breakfast, some product is lower than other DD in flushing. Crew are always nice to customers, last time, they had a new guys training on there, and I found out why one of the review mentioned that the workers were too bad and don’t know how to do special order, because I often see different workers come and go. Highly recommend.

Not sure why there are such bad reviews, but my latte tasted amazing and the price was great as well. They’re a little slow with the service, they really aren’t looking to set any records, but the time they take to make the coffee really shows in the taste.

This place is close to where i work and all of my coworkers and i try to avoid going here at all costs for a couple of reasons:
1. There are always big white sketchy vans picking up strangers there which means NO parking for people who actually want coffee
2. Most of the staff is incompetent and doesn’t know how to make anything other than things ordered normally. Coffee never is made the way you ask for it. The woman manager is nice and tries to help out after the staff makes your drink wrong.
overall a place i try to avoid. theres others in the area that are a lot better and service is much better.

This place is in a pretty busy area surrounded by commercial and construction places. I would go around lunch and evening time to avoid the rush. On late night shift they still go on but through a window. parking is usually full at night due to being used by several night clubs around the corner.
