There is really no place in Floyd to get a good deli sandwich except at The Bread Basket. Their homemade rolls are beyond delicious! Very reasonable prices for everything!

This is a great little bakery/​grocery store/​deli! It’s one of the places that I am happy to go well out of my way to visit and patronize more often. I live in Blacksburg, easily half an hour away, and this little store is well worth the trip.
The people are extremely friendly, the store has many things I can’t get elsewhere, and the bakery is just absolutely fantastic. I definitely suggest going here if you’re in the area. Try a sandwich, browse for a bit, get some bread, and fall in love with this little shop out in the middle of «nowhere.»

Best Bakery Around! I try and go by here every time I pass through Floyd. as soon as you walk in, you are just enveloped with the great smells of what is baking. I know they also make fresh sandwiches, but I have yet to get one… that’s next on my list of things to get next time!!!

amazing sandwiches! I ate an outstanding turkey sandwich made just the way I wanted it. They have a good selection of fresh foods and packaged goods like soups. I highly recommend you visit this place if you are by Floyd.
