Terrible flat white! I was the only customer in line this evening, so it should have been easy for her to focus on making a quality drink. Can you say «retraining needed?» The customer service was more like drones working. I drove out of my way in the rain to stop by this afternoon… won’t make the same mistake twice.

This by far is my favorite Starbucks in Flower Mound. The staff is super friendly and personable and they amaze me at how they are able to remember everyone’s name and their drink.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff that has great customer service and personality. Give this Starbucks a try and hang out for awhile to get to know everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
