I just had my daughters wedding at Swan Caterers Waterfall Room on Saturday. Wow, what an experience. I am so impressed with everything there. This place is beautiful. The food is so good, I have never been to any event in my entire life and had food this good. Our guest have been calling us since Sunday raving about the food and just how beautiful it was there. They have all said the same thing, they have never had food this good ever. Just perfect.
I am so glad we had my daughters wedding there. The staff were very professional and very accomidating. This is by far the best place for a wedding, or any other event. My husband can not stop thinking about the delicious food and has even asked if you can have dinner there. Lol.
If we ever have to plan an event, we will be having it at Swan Catering Waterfall room. Thank you so much Carmen for making Heather and Wayne’s wedding day a dream come true.

Came here recently for a retirement dinner. All staff was very professional, and the food was a better quality than most similar places for banquets. The roast pork and beef, fried zucchini and eggplant, broccoli rabe, homemade rice balls, stuffed fish, green beans, and everything else was done exactly right.
If you have a need for a Caterer for your party, the Waterfall Room @ Swan Caterers is a great choice.

Wedding on a sunday? and on mothers days as well? Yes this happened. Swan caterers AKA waterfall room made us all forget about the fact that it was mothers day as they pulled out all the stops as far as their cuisine. They’re Snow crab legs were cooked to perfection. Fried tomatoes and eggplant were also banging according to my wife and SIL. Bitter Brocolli and spinach cooked beautifully with just the right amount of garlic, oil and spices.(you could never get enough garlic actually). Amazing homemade Chicken cutlets as well. the Shrimps in the scampi were over salted, but other than that small speed bump everything else was truly amazing.
