This place is amazing! I was skeptical at first, that something in the Comcast center would have reasonable prices, but everything was beautifully displayed and prices were similar to trader joes but with way more variety for fresh produce! You can easily stop in after work to get those last ingredients for dinner. There are a wide variety of spices and other ingredients, too. I can’t speak to the affordability of those ingredients, but the convenience can’t be beat.

For a smoothie shop, this is probably as good as it gets. Sook Hee’s really stood out to me because they have a wide range of fruits/veggies including beets, pomegranates, pears, and etc. There are some combo suggestions on the board, but you can also build your own! My go-to is(apple+pear+ginger+cucumber), yum and healthy! You can see the lady cutting up whole fruits and putting them into the juicer, so you know you’re getting the real deal. A large is $ 5.94 after tax which is a fair price in the city. So come check this place out! They also have a produce shop right next door(that’s also where you pay for your smoothie). Make sure you ask for a loyalty punch card!!! P.S They have an insane amount of chocolate bars next to the register…(self-control)

Sook Hee’s is basically your only regular option for fresh fruits and veggies in the Suburban Station concourse. Considering that monopoly, they’re not *too* overpriced. The selection and quality is pretty good. They have a variety of tasty sandwiches(as well as wraps, for ye bread haters) to go, which are made on good bakery breads. They also have plain breads for sale, as well as meats, cheeses, and spreads, in case you want to make your own picnic lunch. They also have a variety of other grocery items like oils and canned goods, which might be useful if you’re in a real rush and convenience trumps all else.

I am always seeking out healthy options for lunch and smoothies are a great option if done right. I saw the positive reviews of this spot on Unilocal and since it was within walking distance; I figured I would give it a try. Since it was my first visit, I had no idea how the ordering system worked. The juice bar is connected to the produce market and a visitor can easily assume they are separate stores. Anyway, my first instinct was to walk up to the counter of the bar and order my smoothie… but then I saw others ordering with a receipt in hand. So, I went to the register in the produce section and paid then returned to line only to discover: you order, pay, then return… which can get confusing if others walk up when you are off paying for the smoothie. To the smoothie itself. It was 100% the real deal that you would make at home. Most smoothies from other places consist of ice and juice concentrate. Not this place. The nice employee makes the drink right in front of you so you see the fresh fruit picked from the bin and placed into a juicer. Yep. No mystery pre-package frozen fruit. It was delicious and filling! The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was that the wait was about 10 to 12 minutes because it was a single employee taking and preparing orders. Therefore, if you are super limited for time I would suggest going in the morning or following the lunch rush.

My favorite place to get a REAL fresh fruit smoothie in the morning. Add Kale or other extras for typically $ 1 – 2. Nice selection of healthy snacks as well. Super nice people!

This small cozy grocery has almost anything you can think of. Fruits and veges are really fresh. Delicious sandwich with smoothie is on the point. Staffs are super sweet.

I enjoy having fresh-made fruit and vegetable juices. I am not sure why there is such a lack of juice bars in Philadelphia. Sook Hee’s is quite good. I shall return.

Have been coming to this store for over 5 years whenever I am in Philadelphia. The couple that run the store are some of the nicest people I’ve met in my travels. I always get the Jeff’s Five a day whenever I can. With a little bit of exercise and a few months of drinking Jeff’s Five a Day, ended up losing 25 lbs before my wedding. Can’t promise the same results, but definitely the healthiest and freshest option in a 10 block radius. Given all the produce used comes from their fruit/vegetable stand, you know it’s fresh! Recently started trying their pre-packaged sandwiches and I’m in love with their tuna salad sandwich! If you are in the comcast center, check it out.

The actual food is good. The service is pathetic. The older woman who appears to run the store hates her customers as far as I can tell. First, she basically accused me of theft when I pointed out that she had overcharged me for one item.(Turns out one of her employees had mislabeled an entire box of bread. But somehow she still blamed me for expecting the price to match the price tag. And she acted like she was doing me a huge favor by following the law and charging the price advertised. Another visit, she got angry that I tried to use a $ 5 Marketplace gift card at her store. Sweetie, if you don’t want to offer discounts, don’t take part in promotions that require them. Also, if you try to use your credit card here she will act like you are filth. Again, if you don’t want to pay vendor fees for credit cards, run a cash-only business(and watch your customer base wilt.) I’ve given them several chances, but my patience is now gone. Will not be back. There are too many other fruit vendors in the city to justify giving my money to someone who resents her customers.

This is inside the Comcast Center, lower level shops where the people get off from the train. Opens early at 7AM. Juices are freshly made in front of you and at affordable prices. Great selection. They also own the grocery store right next to it. The grocery store has lots of variety.

Always delicious smoothies, always made to order and with great customer service. Any time I have a few extra minutes before my train I stop by here for a juice or smoothie and it starts my day off right. Usually I’ll ask them to add ice and a banana if one isn’t included to make a smoothie. The prices are what you’d expect but the freshness of the fruit makes for a really delicious drink. They also offer some great produce and some interesting snacks.

Sook Hee’s is the best place in the Market Place in the Comcast Center hands down! I’ve been there multiple times since I started working at the Comcast Center. The smoothies are amazing. And while some may think they are a bit expensive, they will surely fill you up until lunch or even until late afternoon. They are definitely worth the price! I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate that EVERYONE there, especially Sook Hee, are incredibly pleasant and accommodating. She remembers me and my order, she and the rest of the people are patient and just down right a joy. Lastly, RUNDOWNTHERE and try the homemade Apple Cider. It’s the best I’ve ever had!

Yay! a good, reasonably-priced, juice bar near where I work! They have a good variety of fruits & vegetables you can mix to make your own smoothies/fruit juices. I sometimes get one to substitute for my «dinner». They also have a good variety of fruits & veggies, and ready-made sandwiches. Also they have plenty of canned/prepared products. Many vegetarian & vegan foods here, too. Right in the basement Comcast center concourse.

For starters the management here is as good as it gets. If all shop keepers were as pleasant as the owners and workers here than the quality of life in America would be a lot better! The assortment of foods here(both groceries and prepared foods) are all delicious and fresh. The prices are surprisingly fair for a convenience store in the Comcast center that could easily fleece their captive audience. The juices are delicious. My favorite is Lilly’s favorite — a combination of carrot, apples, beets and orange juice. Bravo Sook Hee’s!

For 6 weeks I was a vegan. I had a smoothie every morning that consisted of some sort of romaine lettuce/spinach combo with fruit. Hold the yogurt. Hold the milk. Dump in the flax seeds. I didn’t have a solid poop for that entire 6 weeks. It was like sand and it was mystifying. I felt terrible, but my boyfriend felt like he «had more energy.» What a cliché. I’ve long since hugged cheese tighter to my heart, but I fell in long love with the veggie fruit smoothie. All fruit smoothies are great, but nothing makes me feel like I’m high five-ing my body more than slurping up some veggies. This place is great, because you can pick a base of 3 or throw in as much stuff as you’re willing to pay for. I had a JUMBO smoothie today. It was like a liter. And I had spinach, carrot, apple and mango. Green and delicious. Cost about $ 8 buckarinos but that’s my breakfast meal on days that I don’t have time to scramble up some eggs with goat cheese. Plus, this shop is pretty much awesome. I spent 30 minutes just looking at all the random food items they had– random cookies I’ve never seen before, candy, healthy bars, kale chips, etc etc it goes on. I love scouring places like this for the hot new tasty healthy thing to eat. Or to stare curiously at the bacon chocolate potato chips. I may continue to struggle with eating like I don’t have a death wish, but YAY! for places like this to help me make better and easier decisions.

I have a wee bit of a mango obsession lately. Give me a break, it’s summer! I ran downstairs to the Comcast Center in search of some more mango to satisfy the sudden craving(aka fiending) I felt whilst at work. I’ve been taking mangoes from my parents’ place in Jersey over the weekends, but my last one was overripe and I needed mango NOW. As «Enerjuicer» or whatever at suburban is LAMELY cash only, I skipped checking their stock and headed straight for Sook Hee. I poked around a bit, the mangoes they have are obviously a few days from ripening fully, so I went over to the pre-cut fruit and snagged one carton of just mango and one of mango and strawberry and… I have literally sent emails to fruit lovers at work about what amazing quality produce this place stocks! ITIS A M A Z I N G… some of the BEST mango and sweet yummy strawberries ever. The service is quick and super friendly too! The only downside? $ 10 credit card minimum, but I will for sure be back! And seriously, if you love mango as much as me, GOTHERENOW! So good, I went there about an hour ago and I’m at work Unilocaling about their fruit, I mean really, don’t miss it!

The juice-masters here are artists. They can field requests for anything you want from their list of about 40 vegetables and fruits, and turn them into juice in seconds. Average wait time from order, to glass of juice, is about 60 seconds; it’s consistently amazing juice. Recently, I’ve taken to adding a banana to my juice(free!) and they blend it through the smoothie machine. Makes juices even heartier and thicker!

Great selection of juices, salads, and produce. I love coming here to grab some fresh fruit and salads for lunch — so quick and easy. The elderly Korean couple that works the cash registers are so friendly and cute; they remind me of caring grandparents. Happy to frequent this place!

Most healthy option in Center City. This place has really hit their stride, and with its kick ass Juice Bar(with their own special wheat grass juicer! Green magic of the good kind!), vegan friendly offerings and a nice variety of produce, there’s really nothing not to like about Sook Hee’s — except that maybe, it’s expensive. The stuff will set you back, but like Whole Foods, that’s a premium that I willing to pay for. Nice selection of Asian products, variety of exotic mushrooms, and their to-go healthy options are the reasons why the place rocks. Offering everything from summer rolls to pre-cut fruit and salads, along with my favorites: edamame hummus wraps(also now sold separately too), and their spicy eggplant banh mi. Fresh is supreme here. As a total aside: Sook Hee’s is single-handedly responsible(that and my vegan co-worker) for my conversion to kale, cucumber, banana and mango smoothies. Give ‘em a whirl — Good and good for you. Can’t beat that.

I’m torn. I was all about the five stars. Actually I almost still went five — I love juice bars. They are all over in NYC and they are hard to find in Phila. But there is something to be said for honoring discounts. I get a large with Apple Spinach Beets and Carrots for lunch — very good. Good Quality. Look at the produce in my picture — clearly great quality. The reason for the bump down from five to four stars: I checked in on Unilocal.Coupon for 20% off your entire purchase comes on my phone. Exciting right!!! I get to the counter — Nope! Denied! I asked why. Response: My old manager did that and he’s not here and that is something we are no longer doing. Me: but there is not expiration date, i just received it 2 secs ago. surely it must still be good. Response: Nope. Love this place. I’ll actually be here more often. It’s just hard to ignore the denied check-in discount when writing my review.
