This auto zone is terrible!!! they do not know how to treat customers or what the word HELP means! they lack customer service in many ways to say the least! they do not even say hello to you when you walk in or how may I help you? nor does the so called«manager» even know how to speak in clear sentences, he whispers when he talks, NOBODYCANHEARYOU! & all of the other employees goof around in the store & in the back, this store should be shut down until ALLOFTHEEMPLOYEESGOBACKTOCUSTOMERSERVICETRAININGSCHOOL! Came here to get replacement windshield wipers for a car that we recently bought used. My husband looked up what wipers were needed in the magazine in the store, bought them, came outside to try to put them on… and it wouldn’t work. A short Hispanic man who I believe was the Parts Manager(I forgot his name!!) came out and told us that our car has locking wipers and the ones he bought weren’t compatible. He went back inside, exchanged the wipers, and we set out to put them on the car(again). It was complicated and something that we were unfamiliar with, and wouldn’t you know that the same guy came out again and taught us how to put them on the car. Four stars for exceptional customer service!

Its a real shame this is the only decent place to buy auto parts in the area. Their customer service is a joke. I work in the area and half to frequent this place(about every two weeks) and I’m used to how bad the service is. If you can avoid speaking to any of the employees, do so. I read Sarah J’s review and it’s spot-on! I had to ask my brother to pick up parts for me the other day and I had to prepare him for the experience. Needless to say, it was bad. Avoid this place if you can and I hope they restaff this autozone soon!

This is my place for any of my vehicles problems. They store your info in their computer to make check out faster. Sometimes if I forget my break pad type they’ll retrieve it for me. Prices are great and service is not bad.

I had the worst customer experience of my life here. They had old signs for sales and promotions that were no longer valid or honored. I waited for over five minutes at the counter while employees milled around back. Credit card machines were no working but the employees didn’t even know. I left after 15 or 20 minutes empty handed because I was just getting frustrated. I honestly have no idea how they are staying in business with these kind of operations.
