I been going there late at night after work around 3−4am the last few time I been there I had still cold hash browns and my chicken biscuit was stale

This DD is usually pretty decent – it’s also close to my apartment so its really convenient going there for the drive thru before work. This morning? Not so much. I pulled up to order and a few employees were outside hosing things down in the middle of the drive thru lane. During the most popular time of the day. I thought maybe they would stop cleaning since there was a customer waiting to order and a car behind me too. They looked at me like I was crazy to have the nerve to use the drive thru and just screamed NO! And kept hosing things down. I swear to god the one lady looked like I had taken her first born child… never has there been a bitchier bitch face. It was just a really confusing, bizarre experience. I won’t be coming back here again which is a shame since it’s so close but there’s also tons of DDs in the area that make better drinks and have way better customer experience.

Both the worst my I agree with another review. If you go through the drive thru they get it right go inside and it’s a whole other world.

I don’t know about y’all but I think this is the best location around. The ladies who work here are super sweet and friendly. They never mess up my order and it is clean inside, which is really all you can ask for in a dunkin.

One of the worse Dunkin’ there is, always messes up orders. Easiest way to ruin a good morning and EVERY time servers burnt coffee. 1 star is being generous.

I’ve been to a bunch of Dunkin Donuts in the city and this one is by far the friendliest. They people in the drive thru always have a smile on their face and seem genuinely happy. I enjoy going to this one because of the people. On the other hand, when I go inside this DD, they usually mess up my order. Not sure why the drive thru is better but I think they deserve at least 3 stars.

I agree with the other reviews– this IS the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Cashiers are rude and never get the details of the order right. We typically went into the lobby but the wait inside was crazy. They couldn’t even get it right when we are standing right in front of them. We also realized that the service inside was compromised by the drive thru. We gave the drive thru a shot expecting it to be smoother since that seemed to get priority. It was smoother until I was at the window waiting for my change from one employee and another employee leaned out the window and screamed into my car in a crass attempt to communicate with the car behind me. With no apology for screaming In my face. I’m also irked that they’ll explicitly ask if I want something toasted or if I want whip on my latte and will still not get it right. Don’t ask if you know you’re incapable I know it’s part of the script but follow through. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever even had a sandwich toasted there who wants dry cold bread with their sandwich? I’m gonna drive further up Aramingo to go to the other Dunkin Donuts that isn’t mismanaged.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The food tastes like the leavings on the cook top and every time I have gone in there, I feel like such an inconvenience to whomever is taking my order simply by walking in the door. I won’t go to this location ever again. If I want Dunkin Donuts, I go out of my way to avoid this location.

Today ordered a egg and cheese on a croissant. THEREWASMOLDONTHECROISSANT. I drove back and took it back into the store. So as not to make a scene in front of other customers… There’s nothing I hate more than when someone loudly proclaims«Hair!» or «Fowl!»… If it were just my morning ruined then I would deal with that. I hate to ruin other people’s mornings… I discretely went to the side and presented it to the clerk who sold it to me and as politely as I could pointed out the mold on my sandwich. Unflinchingly, apologetically and emotionless she took it from my hand, handed it to the back where other trolls inspected it. They threw it out and made a new one. 2 minutes later one of them waddled back to me and attempted an apology by saying, «It wasn’t mold, it was just burnt funny.» MOLD! FOWL! Burning a melanoma circle into a croissant would require toasting the thing which they never ever seem to do or get right. This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts on the planet aside from a few friendly stars that work there. I’ve gone for a late night doughnut craving before only to be told that they don’t have any doughnuts available… IT’S INYOUR F*%^&#INGNAMEOFYOURESTABLISHMENTYOUSHOULDHAVEDOUGHNUTS25HOURS A DAY! sigh…

Half the time I go here the drive thru box doesn’t work. The coffee is done right but it usually takes forever.

woke up fairly early for a saturday morning and decided to head over to the nearest dunkin donuts. now normally people don’t write reviews for a dunkin donuts, but this particular branch(on aramingo) pushed my buttons a bit. first off, yelling«next!» loud and obnoxiuosly annoyed me, especially since the person in front of me was a cutesy old lady quite possibly in her late 80s struggling to the counter with her cane. i’m a very patient person, so even after messing up my order twice, i didn’t mind at all. however, the girl putting together my order was THEONE annoyed. when she finally got my order right, she shoved my dunkin donuts paper bag back to me and did not respond to my «have a good day». really lady? it’s a dunkin donuts, it’s not that serious. all in all i’d only go back if i had nothing else to eat for breakfast and if i was willing to tolerate grumpy people handing me my coffee in the morning.

Not a very customer-oriented Dunkin Donuts considering how many you can find in the area. I’ll gladly go further away for decent service, which is saying something since this one is only blocks away. I’m not one to turn my back on a place because of one visit, so I’ve had several experiences that are keeping me from going back.

Don’t hate me food snobs of the delicious Unilocaling world, but every now and then I enjoy a «turbo iced coffee(black)» and something sweet. This particular Dunkin Donuts sold me a hair with a donut around it. ill.
