Stay Away!
It was a nice sunny day and I took my son and daughter to look at some RVs that we were considering. As soon as we arrived on the lot, an older salesman with grey hair wearing a red shirt approached us. He was not very friendly and did not even introduce himself to us. After informing him that we were just looking around, he told me that he charges $ 20 for every 15 minutes of his time! And if we ended up buying an RV he would then apply this amount to the sale.
At first, I though he was kidding, but then he said «I am dead serious… do you have $ 20?» I could not believe it!

As soon as we left the lot, I called the Sale Manger (Jeff) to inform him of how this sales person was treating customers. Jeff apologized and indicated that they have all the RVs open so that customer are welcome to check them out. He indicated that he would «take care» of the problem… We shall see…
If you are thinking about getting an RV, I recommend that you go somewhere else where you are welcome and customer service is important.
