Pizza Hut

To me all pizza huts taste the exact same so my review is based on the service. We had ordered for delivery one time an it took well over an hour maybe even close to an hour thirty minutes to the point where we had to call an make sure they were even gonna be delivering it which there response was they only had one person doing delivery and when the man finally arrived he wasn’t rude or friendly just sort of did his job an left. Will most likely not order again.

Rude and terrible customer service. I bought a Groupon for pizza hut. You can’t buy much from them and use the Groupon since you can only use the groupon with full priced items. I was asking what I could get with it and make sure I didn’t need it printed out. The member didn’t know so got me the lead who didn’t know so he got me the General manager. After finding out that I would be paying more out of my pocket with the groupon than if I got their special pricing pizza, I just wanted the groupon refunded. The terms and conditions state «Amount paid never expires» «Your Groupon is always worth at least the amount you paid for it — even if the promotional value has expired.» They will NOT honor the $ 12 I paid for this. I would request a refund from Groupon but it’s passed the 3 days that they allow, so cannot. The manager Carry G, was so rude and yelled at me. I refuse to be treated so poorly. If they cannot even honor a simple promo that they signed up with and advertised with groupon, I can’t imagine what else they are doing wrong. I will never buy pizza from them again.

Pizza Hut Fernley– In general Pizza Hut is an alright choice for pizza delivery. Fernley is the exception in this case. I made an online order at 1000 am on a Sunday. The website said deliveries would begin at 1100 am. We were alright with that. I received a voicemail notifying me that the driver would not be able to deliver the pizza until 1130am. I made a phone call at 1145 to check on the progress. The manager informed me that our order just came out of the oven and would be arriving shortly. I phoned again at noon the manager was not sure why there was a delay and didn’t know where her driver was. I called back at 1230 pm to cancel the order and have the charge voided. The pizza deliverer should up at 1:00pm. I politely declined the food that was a hour and a half late. I attribute the screw up to poor management skills. It will be awhile before we try again.

I ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up the workers inside were extremely rude and glared at me. My pizza and breadsticks were cold by the time I got home. I honestly will never return here because of my experience and I do not and will not reccommend to my friends or family!

Usually these guys are pretty good but the girl who answered the phone seemed to speak English but couldn’t understand it while ordering, asked for extra crispy wings that were under cooked, and they FORGOT TO SAUCE THE PIZZA. I can understand forgetting a certain topping, special cooking instruction, etc. but the sauce is one of those things like leaving the burger out of a hamburger. I don’t know what short bus broke down in front of this place, but they need to get it fixed and move on.

They reopened following some massive cleanup and some people are gone. Ordered after they reopened it was awful! One topping and it was horrible tasted funky too!

Best pizza in town for your money! I always do a super supreme and never spend more than $ 16 after tax for a large. Go elsewhere and the same pizza with same toppings and crust can go as high as $ 28!!!
They had to close and get remodeled because of the fitness place next door had a leak in their bathroom which then ran into the pizza hut store causing mold that had to be removed. Of course this is just what the rumor was for them closing.
Very pleasant and offer MILITARY DISCOUNT! Always a bonus in my eyes

This is the first time that we have been to this pizza hut. We had the pizza delivered, so we did not enter the store to see what it looked like. The pizza was delivered on time and hot and fresh. The delivery person was pleasant and respectful.

Horrible. Waffle fries burnt. Chicken wings that needed more time (so they’re a little crispy, not just mushy) and had watery sauce. Barbecue pizza that had no sauce that I could detect, either by taste or sight.
There’s no decent pizza in Fernley. Go elsewhere.

Never had a problem course only been here a few times with a friend. Had pizza rolls one time (like a small calzone type thing) and they were good. The wings were good too, I admit tho ive never had the pizza.

This is absolutely THE WORST pizza place EVER. My order was more than 30 minutes late. I’ve call multiple times to find out what the hold up was and keep getting put on hold, even though I ask them not to. I sat on hold for over 5 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back. They don’t call and let you know they will be late, they don’t have an explanation of why they’re late. They just are. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and looked like it had been tossed around. Everything was stuck to the lid! I will not be using this establishment again! Oh, and this isn’t the fist time this happened!

Nothing to write home about, for sure. Papa Murphy’s pizza would win, hands down!

I have ordered through them twice both times online (very convenient). My order has been when they said it would be and it is always hot. I love that they have the $ 10.00 meal deal. It is awesome!

I have only used the carry-​out option at this location. My pizza has always been ready on time and my order always correct.
The employees are friendly and never have a problem giving me an extra cup of breadstick sauce. :)
