Completely screwed up our drive-​thru order. Not only did they put our order in wrong, they didn’t even put everything in the bag. We ordered 4 medium fries. They put it in as 1 medium and 3 small. But they only gave us 1 medium and 2 smalls. They were out of the fish sandwich I wanted so my husband got me this chicken club sandwich. I can’t even eat it. Absolutely awful. I don’t live close enough to run back up there so I guess I will be eating microwave popcorn for dinner. Ruined our meal for this evening. Will not be back.

Was in a rush this morning and had to pull forward out of the line and wait on the side of the building nearly 5 minutes for my cinnamon pull a parts to be made? Not sure why they wouldn’t already be made. It’s breakfast time? Not exactly the definition of Fast Food. So when I opened the pull a parts they were hard and stuck to the container and not consumable. Very disappointed! 2 Stars. One for the friendly voice at the order menu, and the other for remembering my fork.

Had the 1⁄3 lb Thick burger on a fresh baked bun. Really good. Bun is good, burger had a nice grill crust, & fries fresh and salty. Our Hardee’s is better than most. Good lunch for 6 bucks.

I am familiar with Hardee’s from my time in the Army. In Nevada, we have Carl’s Jr. They ARE NOT the same. Hardee’s is much better, and I was happy to enjoy their food while in town!

Does anyone know this Hardee’s exists? I mean it is tucked back in the hole of the shopping plaza. I swear this place is never busy when I drive by. It was a school night and that means I need to pick something up to eat. This was my stop. I went through the drive thru. Service was fast and most of all the bag they handed me had the correct food in it. My food was piping hot so much that I had to let it cool down for a few minutes.
