What an outstanding experience. Tire blew out, our insurance dispatches four local companies in new Iberia all of which took the call and then declined the business for one reason or another. Cliff’s towing from Crowley not only makes the drive but both Denise and the gentleman driving who may have very well been Cliff himself could not have been more kind, understanding or able. I wish I could fully explain how it felt after 4.5 hours of not one vehicle stopping to check on the situation with a hot muggy night and two young children stranded the beacon of hope these folks have rein-​stilled my faith in humanity. I could basically write a novel but will leave you with this, if you need any assistance don’t bother with a bat signal and metropolis is too far away, count on and make one call Cliff’s Towing. I will be moving my business needs in the future to this company!!! Bravo! Thank you for the water, assistance and mostly just your kindness…

Had a bit of an issue on the road today with a Cliff’s Towing driver. At 30 (Gravois) and 141, the driver did not allow me to merge into traffic and seemed to prefer to take the fast lane with a flatbed truck. Called into the office on a Sunday and whoever answered didn’t seem to be interested in feedback. I will try on Monday and see if anyone in management cares. If not, we’re knocking it down to one star.

Fast and reliable. I paid a total of $ 66 ($ 60 starting price+ $ 6 [$ 3 per mile]) to tow my car to a automotive shop.
