DON NOT GO TO THIS STORE. All the employees are incompetent and take no responsibility for their faults. BRITTANY is horrible and needs to be helped with every transaction and the balding store manager is even worse. They do not care about customer service and the satisfaction of the customer experience. These people give Sprint a bad reputation and I would cancel my service today, solely on my experience with BRITTANY and the balding store manager, if it wasn’t so damp expensive. Again do not go to this store, avoid it at all possible, they will make your life hell.

This store has the worst customer service and management I have ever dealt with. We happen to be in the area and wanted to get a new line added to my account for my mother in law. They offered us a great deal on a phone with the access fees waived for 12 months. Well, that was back in December, 5 months later and it still has not happened. I have called 6 times and even went in to the store to address this issue with no resolution whatsoever. The manager is of no help as he has not called me back like he said he would at all. I feel like they just wanted to make the sale by lying and now just don’t care about the customer. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I KNOW BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I DO AS A PROFESSION.

This Sprint store is horrible — my boyfriend went in to the store to upgrade –he did not have my security password so i was told they «bypassed» it and let him buy a tablet, phone, screen saver and phone cover. When i went to return it all the manager tries to charge me a $ 75 restocking fee. Nicole is a hostile and rude employee — she is always rude and when i asked to talk to the district manager they go behind closed doors, talk to him and never let me speak. I was told by another employee that she can get anything she wants from the dist. manager and this is why he said he would not refund me my fees Besides horrible sprint service i cancelled sprint and went else where because of Nicole. She is there to help but went out of her way to be nasty to me. Now i’m being charged 2 installation fees of $ 40 a piece even though i returned both phones and cancelled my service. Nicole refused to help me today. She is arrogant and mean and should not be in customer service. I called last week and asked her about the 2 installation fees –she said i had to come in for her to open my acct. I went in today and was told since i do not have an acct she can’t help me. She knew i had cancelled because she is the one who did my paper work last time i was in there and today she said she didn’t know i had cancelled.
i could go on and on because there is more but i’m writing this review because of Nicole. She is rude and arrogant and because i could not get any phone service and cancelled my acct i was charged for 2 $ 40 installation fees — no phones, no service and no one will help me.

This location has let me down for the last time. Unfortunately Federal Way does not have a corporate Sprint repair center making this non corporate location look appealing, beware this is a trap! I’ve lost time nearly each time I have tried to have my cell phone issues resolved here. Yesterday topped the cake when my family and a family friend came in to change our plans to one I learned about at the nearby Sprint corporate store. It is a new plan so we were very understanding when the person assisting us needed to ask her manager questions about changing our plan. The issue had nothing to do with the poor girl who was stuck listening to what her manager was telling her, its with the manager (maybe part owner) of the location.
He had no doubt in his knowledge, which was wrong, on the plan. Speaking condescending to everyone in the group he did not consider once we may have been right. My brother had enough frustration that he decided to leave asking us to just message him how much MORE he was going to have to pay monthly as he just wanted to get out of there so bad. We asked about what the corporate location told us and the managers response at this terrible location was that the corporate one LIED, he emphasized, to us. Then we read word for word what a pamphlet in the store said about the plan… he didn’t recognize what was being read until he realized the source and then claimed to say that it is for new customers, not us and that the details are in the fine print. To add further insult, this rude manager then offers to take out all his literature (which he must fail to comprehend himself) out for us to see… This was well beyond my vote to just go to the corporate location.
Finally, he proposed that we all combine to a single bill, a pain for calculating taxes and even monthly billing shares for us to get the rate we were seeking. Mom and Dad decided to take this burden upon themselves to save us on our bills and to end this nightmare.
Luckily, our family friend made the smart move by visiting the corporate store and getting the correct information so we can have the same rate, separate billing, good customer service and never have to deal with this manager again.
Don’t forget the saying «crap rolls down hill» so if management is crappy that’s what you’ll get. Avoid this location easily by going to one that knows what they are talking about and the provides good customer service. I hope to speak or have communication with Sprint as this is a terrible reflection on them and something they need to be aware of. As for dealing with all this stress and the loss of several hours yesterday afternoon for myself and four others, I doubt any consolation will be provided. T-​Mobile must be increasing their business greatly with their new promotion to buy out contracts just because of cases like mine.
