Got to McAlister’s right before the big lunch crowd and ordered my usual… The Big Nasty. Service was friendly and quick, but my open faced roast beef meal seemed plain and simple. Still tasted great though!

Service was very good, quick and thorough.
The dining room is clean and the staff cleans tables quickly.
Food, not what I expected. I realize deli but I thought the soups, pasta salad and other things were made in house. Does not seem to be the case. Everything reminded me of the deli pack stuff you get from the grocery store.
The flavored tea was very good.
Not my taste and will not be back.
Prices are inline with quality of food.

Willing to give anyplace a first look; you may discover a favorite that way. McAllister’s is nicely laid out with nothing special to make them stand out. We had a Angus Beef club and their Bahn Mi.
First the good; the Bahn Mi was excellent and if hat was all we had, we would definitely come back for more. Unfortunately, now the bad:
The Angus Beef club was served on what appears to be day old wheat bread, very fry and the crusts absolutely inedible. Nothing about the bacon, beef or other ingredients stood out after that.
So, final thoughts: Not coming back. You only get one chance to wow me and this most definitely underwhelming

Not a single complaint about this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Every item I’ve ordered has tasted delicious. Big spacious seating area. The only annoying thing about coming here is the parking. The lot is shared with a few other restaurants and businesses. If you come during lunch time you may have to circle around a few times. But if it’s not lunch time no problem finding a spot. Delicious and fresh options. :)

This was my first time here at this location and I had high expectations from eating at the Charlotte location so many times. The salad was not spectacular and my tea wasn’t as good as I remember it being. I’m going to try something hot next time and see if it’s better.

Had high expectations after looking at the menu and extensive choices. We left quite disappointed. I had the pick two: ½ chopped salad and ½ roast beef sandwich. Tried to order the advertised mango tea, but they were «out of the mango purée». My salad came out missing ingredients and NOT chopped (an important part of said salad– see picture). My sandwich tasted a little like something that would be microwaved from the frozen section of the grocery store (Including a very orange processed cheese). My hubby said he wouldn’t order the chipotle chicken sandwich again.
Spend your money elsewhere.

My first time here and I may only try it one more time. I didn’t have a bad experience or anything but nothing about here is particularly amazing over another sandwich shop. If you are in a hurry DO NOT come here! The line and then the wait for the food was insane. I saw a guy wait at the TOGO counter for over 5 minutes and not a single person helped him. He just walked out pissed off. Their food is not bad, the bread is soft and everything I saw looked delicious. They definitely didn’t have enough people working. The workers were getting frustrated as were the patrons. You’ll have to try it out though.

I had the Southwest Cobb and it was average, not anything particularly special about it. Some of the chicken was a bit gristly, only three tortilla chips on the side, and the advertised avocado almost nonexistent. Still, plenty of chipotle ranch dressing. I’ll try a sandwich next time.

I had the Cobb club and it was just ok. The meat is very clearly straight lunch meat. There is nothing special about this restaurant. Perhaps they will have other items that are better executed. I don’t come to a deli to receive a sandwich I could reproduce better at home. The potato salad was enjoyable.

Yummo. Since it opened I have been in twice. Good food. Liked the potato fries. Nice and clean. Quite and unrushed. Good service.

This place is so good. I had the choose two which is only $ 7.19. I had the chef salad and broccoli and cheese soup. I also tasted my mothers autumn squash soup and it was to die for. Really nice customer service. I love it.

I look forward to going to McAllister’s. Food is great and the staff is friendly and efficient. They seem to always have smiles on their faces and there seems to be good synergy between the management and staff.

SO happy to have this place here. Glad to have a place we loved back home. Food was great as usual. Went back today at 10:30 am (when they open) and yet the doors were still locked and employee’s just sitting there. 10 minutes later… doors still locked. Really?

Good service, good food and reasonably priced. They have the softest ciabatta bread i have ever had. Will be back to try more on the menu.
