For the first time, we had a bad meal. I ordered the Texas Potato with beef brisket and cheddar, and my wife had the Ruben. Mine was so sweet, I could not eat it. The cheese was not melted nor was the butter. Her sandwich was missing the 1000 island dressing. She asked for it, to complete her meal, mine was beyond saving. Never had a BBQ taste like pure sugar. Unless you like extremely sweet BBQ sauce, might want to avoid it.

My boyfriend, stepson and myself are here tonight, I ordered the salad bar and a cup of soup, my stepson ordered a sandwich and my boyfriend ordered a baked potato and a single trip to the salad bar. The«manager» at the end of the counter seemed to have an attitude. She snapped at my boyfriend for trying to grasp a butter knife from the silverware stand that was on the counter. The baked potato he ordered was called the Plain Jane and per the menu comes with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon and chives. My boyfriend asked them to leave off the cheese and bacon. When they brought him the giant potato it had a micro dollop of sour cream on it. So I went up to the counter and asked if I could have a bit more sour cream. The«manager» a short African American woman not wearing a name tag again with attitude told me I could walk down to the register and they would charge me for the sour cream. I explained that they had given an unusually small amount of sour cream for such a large potato and since he hadn’t gotten the cheese and bacon, couldn’t he just have a bit more? The woman rolled her eyes and said it doesn’t come that way! At this point I was over dealing with another incompetent AHole lacking customer service skills in Fayetteville so I said never mind, I’ll just take this up with corporate and I went back to our table. My boyfriend then got up and went to the counter to ask for a box but before he could say anything the«manager» said that her employer had explained that he had only gotten butter and sour cream(yeah she obviously wasn’t listening to me because I had told her that very same thing!) and that she was just about to bring him a cup of sour cream… My boyfriend simply said keep it but may I please have a box for my potato or do I have to pay extra for that too? People like this are the reason I hate eating out in this town, I really don’t understand the I don’t give a shit attitude that people have. It’s infuriating. Jason’s Deli Fayetteville. You should be a bit more selective in your hiring of managers. My family will take our business to Mcallister’s or Panera or we will just eat at home.

Todays experience was much needed… I’d had a hard morning of medical testing and hadn’t eaten in 40 hours… so I wanted my old fave, their vegetarian french onion soup and salad bar! Now, I’m not a vegetarian… in fact, one of the things I love about a good french onion soup is the depth of beefy flavor it has… but you won’t even notice that the beef is missing! It’s so rich and savory, I have a hard time believing it wasn’t made with a real beef broth! The staff was friendly, salad bar fresh and clean, and oh so cold and crisp! What more can I say?

I’m a big fan of the salad bar. I love this white potato salad… usually I’ll get a side of chicken as well. Good for the price imo

I like simple and to the point. Rubens and salad bar. Ruben was PILEDHIGH, tons of beef, mountain of sauerkraut, thick sliced cheese, and nice toasted rye. Only downfall is the whole thing was extremely dry. SALADBARISBYFARTHEBESTINTOWN. THEPOTATOESALADISONPOINT. –one star for staffing and broken ice cream machine.

I usually always come here during lunch, and it’s one of the few places that you will order sit down and your food it’s coming out. I love their salads, so delicious and fresh ingredients every time(and I have visited a few too many lol). Perfect spot for a sandwich, salad or pasta. Good for kids and families.

One of my favorite places in town to stop for a quick, healthy lunch that’s affordable. This Jason’s — like all in this large chain — delivers a consistently fresh salad bar, tasty sandwiches and fresh fruit entrees in a way Subway couldn’t dream of. It’s a perfect destination for a quick lunch or family dinner. You’ll find friendly staff, quickly cleaned tables and an atmosphere you’ll want to return to. My go-to choice is the Manager’s Special, enabling you to choose a half sandwich and either a side soup or salad bar(and a side, although I always upgrade to the blue chips and salsa rather than the baked chips, veggies or fruit). This is a meal that should satisfy everyone.

Very fresh food. Cali club with avocado is a great choice. Free ice cream, muffins, cornbread. Great selection for salad bar. Melt in your mouth cookies — treat yourself!

I was eating here and just discovered their new french dressing. It’s is to die for.!The salad bar is always amazing and keeps me coming back. With the new year rolling around a place to get fresh veggies is always a nice. They have Irish potato soup with cheese and bacon that is out of this world. Jason’s is definitely my choice for family eating. Oh and free ice cream…

The section, taste, and quality of the food is really great. This location, however, is not the cleanest. It’s got a lot of room for larger parties. It’s a good place for a lunch time visit with girlfriends.

Gotta say Jason’s Deli is one of my favorite places to eat in Fayetteville. I am not going to fake the funk and claim to be a salad kind of girl, but this is the best salad bar in town. It is similar to a Panera in that you order at the counter. However, someone delivers the food to your table. It certainly isn’t table service, but an odd mix. This is fine when you have a small group, but the«delivery» w/a larger group was a little dicey. I think it would be easier if they just called a number when the food is ready and you pick it yourself. I will let Jason’s Deli know this next time they ask for my opinion(just kidding). They have free DELICIOUS soft serve chocolate and vanilla ice cream available w/every purchase. 1st Visit — I made the mistake of ordering a sandwich. There was nothing wrong w/it, but I didn’t even look at the salad bar before I ordered. 2nd Visit — A little smarter this time, I ordered the salad bar. I am not a soup person, but they have several choices. The bar is kept very clean and well stocked w/fresh items. I love the three bean salad and fiesta corn. They also have a few desserts(pudding/ice cream). 3rd Visit — We held a «luncheon» here from work w/about 20 people. I wasn’t quite sure how this would work out given the size of our group and taking place during a peak time. It worked out okay, but it was difficult for the servers to deliver to so many people at once. It wasn’t bad by any means, but not seamless either. I recently held a little gathering at my house. I went to Jason’s to price out some of their catered selections. Honestly, it seemed a little too pricey. If you were holding an offsite for work or a large meeting, it might be worth it, but for a private party at home — I could easily get those items much cheaper elsewhere. I did notice that they delivery and set up their catering. Good to know for future event planning. Jason’s is a little«pricier» for lunch than fast food, but the selection and ability to eat something light and healthy is unmatched. Will continue to eat here.

I had been searching for a good pastrami sandwich for some time now and finally found it here! One of the only places where the sandwich looks like the picture!(try that fast food giants) I highly recommend this place for everyone especially the sandwich connoisseurs, salad bar was great and had plenty of choices. I will be coming here very often.

Jason’s Deli is on the outside of the mall, so parking can be an issue if it’s a heavy mall traffic time. If you’ve never been to one, the general flow of the restaurant can seem a bit clunky and disorganized. That being said, it is reminiscent of a corner deli in it’s offerings, only big box. Sandwiches can either be ordered from their menu or customized as a make your won. The salad bar is probably the biggest plus for them as it is probably one of the quicker, healthier, fresher options in the area. That, coupled with the free muffins and garlic toast elevate them a touch above every other fast food sandwich shop. If you are just stopping by for the salad bar, there is a kiosk where you can pay(cards only) for your plate and be on your way. It’s a bit difficult to make out, but there is a huge sign hanging from the ceiling directly on top of it, so look up. Free soft serve ice cream is always a big hit, especially when it tastes like real ice cream, not ice. Dessert options are also available in the case by the register. The employees have always been friendly and more than willing to help whenever I’ve visited. A manager is also always on-site should you run into any issues. I definitely recommend it for a quick lunch when you don’t feel like clogging your arteries.

I used to love love Jason’s deli when I lived in Columbus & got so excited to see that they had one here. Too bad they do not live up to anything I’ve experienced in the other Jason’s deli. Service is lacking, food isn’t so great here. My plates are always handed so sloppy with my food plopped everywhere. The employees seem to think its funny & ok to talk & joke amongst each other pretty loudly while customers sit & wait for their food.

The salad bar here is the best I have seen so far in Fayetteville. In case it is your first time, don’t wait in the sandwich line. Go straight to the machine in the middle where you can order your unlimited salad bar(choose if you want the soup & salad or just salad, if you want a drink… etc), then turn to the counter and take your tray(which includes a plate). Cups are at the salad bar. No wait, no hassle. For protein selections, they have bacon and boiled egg. Also included in the usual salad selections are banana pudding(with banana pieces), pudding, fruit salad in yoghurt(yum) and a soft serve section where you can have it in a cup or cone and drizzle dark chocolate syrup on it. Friends love the soft serve because it tastes rich, but they can’t decide if the chocolate or the vanilla is better. But this is an unlimited salad bar, so you can go up as often as you’d like. Just don’t forget to change out your plate with the counter in between. Best part is the salad bar is less than $ 8! I will be going here often for my healthy lunches.

Not a big deal for the crowd it holds. The club royale was a by bland for all the menu details. I dont remember eating the bacon at all and know if it was on there. It didn’t meet my expectations at all but it was pretty healthy tasting which is partially what I was looking. I wasnt asked what type of chips I wanted. I would have preferred kettle over regular grease chips. I may stop in again and design my own sub. I’m looking forward to my heck of a deal turtle cheesecake though for tonight’s treat. The cheesecake was delicious. Will return for that and mate build my own sub. Parking is horrible if you’re only stopping in for food. I’m not sure if side parking is accepted for takeout.

I went to Jason’s Deli for this first time about a year ago. I had a «New Yorker» which is a Pastrami and Corned Beef with swiss on rye. It is PACKED with meat and more than I can handle in one setting. I have since learned to order the«Manager’s Special» which is half a Sandwich with pickle spear and chips, and you get to choose either a cup of soup or fruit with cream cheese dip. Great value and a big meal no matter which half sandwich you choose. A few weeks ago they ordered for a luncheon at work and got food from Jason’s delivered. It was a HUGE order and I just want to say that they brought it about 11 and it was still good when I got to it around 12:30. I had been in the mood to try something new so I went with the«Beefeater» This sandwich is sliced roast beef REAL meat not fakey tasting and has swiss and mayo on a small french roll, with AuJus to dip it. YUM really good! And don’t let the size of the bread throw you off because it is packed full of meat and VERY filling. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Went to lunch with my daughter last week and thought I would give the«Beefeater» another try. Even better when it was hot!!! I may have found a new favorite. I wish there were more locations around Fayetteville… In Dallas there are several stand-alone Jason’s that are convenient. Just moved back from WA. No Jason’s there. Glad to be back where I can enjoy the food again. They are better than ever !! I’m a fan !!!
