While we were out of town our pool went green while being properly maintained and treated with chemical and being regularly backwashed so we called this Company to inspect our filtration system since There was obviously a major issue with the filtration system. Chapman Wilson sent out a technician and charged us 95 for labor and 48.71 for chemical giving us the diagnostic that our pool might just need a sand change. They«serviced the pool» on 7⁄2 all the technician did was supposedly add chemical and backwash the system which takes all of 5 minutes to complete. If I paid for an hour of labor he should have also vacuumed the pool and given an accurate diagnostic on what was really wrong with the pool system. We returned home on 7⁄5 and tested the pool that had absolutely no chlorine in it so where was the chemical chapman Wilson added to our pool? I opened up the pump house and water was draining into our neighbors yard from a crack in the line running to the pool pump. I had to call another pool company out to vacuum the pool and repair the cracked line. This pool company repaired the cracked line and vacuumed the pool for 125.00 and he was very disappointed in Chapman Wilson as well. So we were charged for terrible service, if you’re going to charge 95 an hour for professional service, be a professional company and stand by your work. When I called to ask what I was being charged for and to see what they had to say about giving us an inaccurate diagnostic. I the pool and over charging us for little to no service, the manager said I would need to speak to the technician myself who was argumentative and had total lack of regard for the fact that he didn’t do a complete inspection on the pool filtration system. When I called them back to pay them, I told them how unhappy I was with their service, they put me on hold briefly picked up the phone and only asked for my card information not even an apology. I have never been so disappointed in a company.

This company did a door install for me after a robbery and not only installed the door the opposite way that the storm door opened, but also put the hardware on upside down. They did not paint the door and did not plug the holes left from the screws around the door frame. Needless to say the job was done very unprofessionally. The bill was still very high.
