This has been a horrible experience there are too many details to list. But BLUF the pool isn’t level, customer service is horrible, my husband is an amputee and the pool has a wall you have to walk over, they used excavated material to backfill and jacks and plywood to level it. All of which is counter to the installation manual provided by the manufacturer. Industry standard is to hVe the pool 1″ within level. Ours is over 2″ they then poured the concrete deck around the unleveled pool, so the deck cracked within days and looks like a skate board ramp. It’s been since 5 Jun 2015 as of 9 match 2016 our pool isn’t finished and their bully tactics and no show record is deplorable. It’s the most unprofessional business I’ve ever heard of or had dealings with.
