The web site for the salon is terrible. I was looking for a «contact us» section. Not happening. I called there this morning to see if they had an appointment available. Me: I was wondering if you had an appointment open this morning? Snotty Receptionist: ~long silence~ for what? Me: Cut and blow dry Snotty Receptionist: ~long silence~ Michael’s not in right now. Me: When will he be available? Snotty Receptionist: Like Tuesday. Me: Thank you but I need a cut sooner. Have a good day. Now mind you through this entire conversation the receptionist was giving off the«stop bothering me» tone. YOUAREINCUSTOMERSERVICE. ACTLIKEIT. I may have waited until Tuesday if the person was nice and acted like she gave a crap.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to! I had a similar experience with buying a Livingsocial for a manicure and pedicure. The salon is 20 minutes from my hone, I arrived, and they«had my wrong number» to call and tell me. So I had them read me back the phone number they had… And it was correct. Then they proceeded to tell me I must not have listened to my messages, and at this point I was having fun and asked the receptionist if we should listen to them together. Finally it escalates to the point where they give me a free 60 minute massage if I’ll come back another day for the mani pedi. So I give it a shot. However I’d rather BE shot than ever go back here again! The massage was torture at best. There was a CD playing… And the CD was a step-by-step talk of what to do during a massage! Who wants a lousy massage when there is a recorded voice talking the whole time?! Next we go to mani pedi. I had regular polish on my nails(not gel or shellac) and I was told it’s an extra $ 5 for using nail polish remover. I also was only allowed to pick out of around 10 colors, despite many OPI polishes being there, because the LivingSocial didn’t cover all the colors. The nail tech put about 4 coats of lumpy polish on, which I took off when I got home. I also went back and told her sorry about her tip… I only had an extra $ 5 on me and I had to pay to take my boring old polish off. Oops. Called Livingsocial to complain, and it’s disappointing bc they let the salon on their website again. I’d rather have a tooth pulled than go in this salon ever again. Even if someone gave me a gift card, I’d burn it before I exposed anyone to the sloppy workers Anne unprofessional environment.

I wish I could give this salon zero stars! I gave this salon 3 chances to make it right! and they didnt! 1. I had a groupon here for a cut and color. I made an appointment and came to the salon, it turns out there are two salons and the one that I was suppose to go to was not the one that I showed up at! Would have been nice to tell people that in the groupon! I ended up driving to the other locations and getting my services, I would say it was mediocre at best, my hair was still wet from the blow dry??? the color was ok, and just ok. 2. I needed a manicure and pedicure after work quickly and the salon happens to be close to my work, I made the appointment and arrived on time! The technician was not there and the receptionist took my phone number wrong and couldnt call me to tell me that she had an emergency! 3. I made another appointment for a color change for my nails! again the receptionist didnt have my phone number correct to call and tell me that the technician was not there! suggestions! Fire the dingbat at the front! and get your business right! I am a very loyal customer when I get what I pay for! I dont expect to be pampered 24⁄7 but getting my phone number right and delivering on your promise is Business 101!!!

I didn’t get a service here myself but I watched as an entire wedding party had their hair and makeup done. They did a nice job on the hair. The makeup artists themselves were mediocre and the product they used seemed mediocre at best. While the wedding party had their hair/makeup done, friends milled about. There was some fruit and drink set up on the back counter and the stylists didn’t mind when we sat at the empty stations and caught up with old friends. It was a very nice experience to chat with friends and support the wedding party with day-of issues while they were being productive. Location has lots of free parking.
