I have been to these guys a few times for bike service and parts purchases. I like them a lot. They are good with sharing ifnormation on some of the technical problems I have had with some of my hair brained projects. The parts prices are fair, the service prices are also fair.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! If I could give it a «minus star», I would! The owner started to «act nice» when I finally said… «The only reason why I am here is because I wanted to support a local business. Why there is major attitude here is beyond me!!!». They just lost a major customer!!!
