Top Notch! The staff here is friendly, and professional. Took my beginner scuba diver class from them this year, and got certified through them. Very professional, very buttoned-​up!

I have been wanting to get Scuba certified for many years. When I saw the Groupon opportunity I jumped on it. Wow! What a great shop! James is hilarious and great to work with. From the owner to the instructor this place is the best and very patient and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs gear (they have a ton and it’s fairly priced) or wants to get certified.

I took my advanced open water with James a few years ago. James is top notch, passionate about diving and as professional and safe as you can be. I now visit the dive shop almost weekly. The shop is welcoming, and friendly. Craig is a great guy, and super helpful! If you have ever wanted to try diving, this is the place. I know that this probably sounds like an advertisement posting, but they truly are good at what they do, and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. (FYI, I have experienced the other side, not all dive shops or dive operators are this way… EGO!!!)
*Great for gear, rentals, instruction, and a great Charter boat out of Port Sanilac to dive Shipwrecks. (Capt Gary is outstanding)

Craig and James are two of the most helpful and nicest people I’ve met in diving. They truly love the sport and live it. Listen to their advice on gear. If you din’t you’ll just be back to buy again later! A trusted source for newer divers.

My fiancée and I had always wanted to get our scuba certifications, so when a Groupon for Sea the World came up we jumped at the opportunity. The entire staff is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very friendly. Sea the World does a fantastic job working with its students. We both felt completely at ease throughout both the classroom portion and confined water dives at the pool, and we were able to pass our open water certifications with no problems whatsoever. Any time I need new equipment or want to look into dive trips, Sea the World will be the first place I visit!
