The most RUDEST and AWFUL customer service I have ever experienced in my life. From that«bald guy» everyone is also complaining about. He’s also the manager as he claims. He took my order, and next in line was my girlfriend, after me he looked right at her and said next and went on to the next person, completely ignoring the fact she was standing right there. Told her to get at the end of the line if she wanted to order. He was so rude I can’t believe how they treat customers there.

Walked into Quiznos and didn’t hear anyone so I said hello. The asshole who owns the places comes out and goes it takes at least 25 seconds to wash my hands. I said I didn’t know if you knew I was here. He said yeah you’ve been here for 10 seconds. Never going again. Bald guy owns the place

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Worker was very rude and seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else. When my sub came out of the toaster he told me that the sandwich had already been toasted and if have to use packets. There is no condiment bar like other Quiznos. In fact, I asked for batch 83 sauce when I found out it is a charge of 50 cents. I would have paid it but the service was so disappointing. NEVER eating at this location again!

Typical working class Peasant Food! Service is a bit uneven, as others have said. If you go for Dinner the guy is indifferent. Only Desserts are Cookies or Brownies. I miss the days when there was a Diner or Italian restaurant in that complex. If I knew the first thing about business I would buy that vacant place. As a well healed professional I HAVE the money! I’d like to have Good eating options when I shop for food at Kroger’s. The Meijer’s in Southfield has a few OK places to eat, and so does Heartland Market, which is also in Farmington HIlls.

The two guys that work here are extremely rude. No smiles or even thank you or even hello! I had never been here before and he was very agitated that I was unsure about what I wanted. He was very rude. Than after I ordered(I asked for extra mayo) I sat down to eat and my sub was dry, no big deal I asked ‘him’(African American older guy) if I could have a side of mayo & in front of the the line of people he hollers there’s already mayo on your sandwich… Um, well thanks for the observation but can I have some more? As if one more squirt of mayo was going to break the Quiznos bank. Very rude, terrible customer service & so uncalled for especially since I’m so friendly!

NEVEREVER get food from here!!! Worst customer service ever! I asked for my sauce to be put on my sandwich after it went through the belt and was told NO! Seriously?! I’m paying YOU to make my sandwich the way I want it. And $ 17 for two subs?! No wonder the establishment is failing and shutting down stores worldwide. I will never give Quizno’s my money ever again! Eat at Potbellys!!!
