Party City

Party City has a great selection of all kinds of party needs– wedding, birthday, etc, plus they have holiday type items as well. Need a hat for a hat party? Check. Need color coordinated everything for a birthday party? Check. Doing a kid’s theme? You’re covered.
The store itself is well organized so you can find everything you need without having to hunt down each aisle for all the different items. Usually, you find things you don’t need but would be awesome so you get those as well.
The staff tends to be hit and miss– I think half the problem might be customers that are rude and take forever to decide on what they want, and the other half are employees who would rather be anywhere else but there. Customer service is a rough job. I get it. But we all have a job to do…

Ok I know that there arn’t that many plus sized costumes for voluptuous gals, but, Party City, never disappointed Me before on lack of props or cool stuff for costumes before. When I looked at the costume choices on the «Costume wall» at this party city, I was disgusted… Not only did they have a shitty selection of plus size costumes, what they DID have were only TWO costumes and they were stupid!!! The women’s costumes they DID have for the «skinny bitches» are pathetic, when I looked at ALL of the costumes on the wall for the women’s section I was applauded!!! And just as I looked at the store clerk he looked at My reaction and said «Yeah, most of the costume world has gone porn unfortunately»… I was like «YA THINK?!» Not unfortunately for the skanks and sluts in the world who want to get lucky on Halloween night, but for those of us who actually I don’t know want to dress up as something COOL, or SCARY for Halloween, that have a little junk in the trunk, we arn’t given those options, only the «Skinny bitches» are! Party City I am WAY disappointed in you!!! And here their «Teen Section» has gone the porn route too!
My kid is NOT going to be filling one of those friggin things out sorry! What kind of message are they sending REALLY?! And there are FAR more cool things you can be for Halloween then just a bunch of sluts and skanks, like them actually making a slut costume for Sponge Bob, and Elmo, and Cookie Monster for women AND teens, COME ON!!! Making a beloved kids show we grew up with slutty, that’s just messed up!!! What happened to getting all scary and dressing up as something gruesome for Halloween? These people have REALLY lost the meaning of the holiday, OFF WITH THE SLUTS AND ON WITH THE OLD SCHOOL SCARY COSTUMES!!!
