What a nice big, bright new bagel restaurant, right next to our new Stew Leonard’s. Even though I am rarely in this area, I was so in the mood for a fresh tuna salad sandwich and got one on a perfectly baked poppy flagel(a flat bagel, for those in the Midwest. And what a great deal, they offer a free fountain drink, a large one, after 2PM with your sandwich. And some yummy fresh potato salad and this is a meal that is a great deal. The one missing star was because many of the tables were left unwiped. Inexcusable given the large staff and lack of lines.

I think they are very expensive for what they offer. Staff are very rude as well. You have to wait 1 hour to get your lunch deliver.

I’m a frequent visitor/orderer of the Bagel Factory. The place is always busy but that doesn’t affect the quality the food– it is always delicious and fresh. I had never had any issues here however, I recently ordered to my office and unfortunately there was some miscommunication and my order arrived incorrect but, when I informed them they were so quick to make it right. Great customer service is HUGE in my book. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied which was much appreciated. Definitely will be returning and recommending to others. If you want a great breakfast or lunch this is the place to go!

Extremely over priced! With Stew Leonard’s next door I can’t really find any reason to justify buying bagels or anything from here! Go next door and get fresh bagels from Stew Leonard you won’t be disappointed!

Overpriced. $ 5 for an egg sandwich? you’ve got to be kidding me. plenty of bagel shops in the area that are far superior, taste and PRICE wise. Bad experience.

I work near here and we order delivery on occasion– I usually get a flagel with tuna and it is always very good. This morning my co-worker accidentally ordered from them for breakfast… I ordered a 2 egg white omelets with ham and spinach– no cheese. I get the delivery and my co-worker informs me that this omelet costs $ 7.50 plus the tip obviously! Now we usually order from another local deli where this same omelet would cost $ 5-$ 6.50 but $ 7.50 and it is double the size and has cheese. The kicker is that this omelet was made using frozen drained spinach not even real fresh spinach– disgusting! I am pretty pissed about this and I think I will definitely be boycotting this place for a while. They’re way overpriced for breakfast and its less than mediocre…

Because of my problem with high-salt food, I can’t eat at the nearby Panera’s or Chipotle, so I go here because their chicken soup isn’t salty. That’s about all I get here other than an occasional salad. Sometimes I get an egg on a bagel for breakfast, and it’s average. Their«small» coffee has been downsized to about 6 ounces, but they’re still charging the same price. Not a problem for me, I wish more places would offer smaller coffee cups sizes since I’m not a big drinker and just need a little bit for a pick-me-up… but if you’re going to downsize, lower the price too. As another reviewer stated, the feng shui in this place is off because of the narrow aisle. Many times I have seen new customers confused by the order-at-one-counter/pay-at-another-counter set-up. You wind up with a lot of people milling about near the cash registers and you can’t tell if someone is waiting to pay or if they’ve already paid and are waiting for their food. The music here is unacceptably loud, but that seems to be the standard nowadays for all breakfast/lunch eateries, so I sit outside or in my car and eat. You really can’t have a conversation if you eat inside because of the volume; when will these businesses realize people might want to eat in peace and quiet, or with soft music playing, instead of the same stupid pop/rock songs we’ve heard fifty million times already?

Fool me once … I work nearby, and have been a frequent customer in the past. Unfortunately, I’m going here less and less now. The quality of the food hasn’t changed, and is put it at 3.5 stars. There are a number of choices here that I enjoy. Unfortunately, I never seem to be able to enjoy them since my order has been wrong on 3 or 4 visits in a row now. I use their online ordering system, so I can get in and out quick, as it does get rather busy. Maybe that’s the problem? Even though the ticket clearly shows everything in the order, something’s always off. Example: I ordered Cajun chicken and pepper jack on a roll. I got grilled chicken and some unknown cheese(pepper jack sans peppers). They’ve offered to fix this every time, but it kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if I now have to wait for my order to be remade after other customers. I’m probably sound entitled with this, but I’m only asking that you at least read the order before making it.

Went in to get a bagel. It was busy, but I was still confused where to go… a young lady took my order from behind the counter and then walked away. I kind of stood there for a minute and then walked over to the cashier… and told her what I ordered… and then paid. Then she immediately started talking to the guy standing way too closely behind me so I kind of shimmied off to the side… and stood and waited. Two bagels, toasted with cream cheese… took a while. Then I got called and grabbed them and left. They were pretty good. I’d eat them again. It was just poor communication, possibly made worse by the loudness of the patrons and the soft-spokenness of the girl that took my order.

I go to this place twice a week religiously since I work somewhat near by. I go once for a salad from the salad bar and once usually for a sandwich on a bagel. This place is great. Their really busy which means the food is always fresh. A salad never comes out under $ 10 and my sandwich is usually $ 8 – 9. On the high side but your getting a good meal. I see most of the reviews here are about delivery not being timely. Our catered meals that we usually call in the day before always show up on time. Anyone acquainted with the area which hosts lots of huge companies, you would know that most of these places that delivery take a LONG time to deliver because they are delivery multiple orders at once. So it’s a little unfair to judge them on that. You can’t expect a delivery under 30 minutes. They aren’t a business geared towards that.

Usually stop here on my way to work in the morning and typically very good which is why I am giving 2 stars. Today I opted to get a bagel with cream cheese and received a sloppy mess. Will just stick with an egg sandwich from now on.

If you don’t mind waiting over an hour and a half for 2 egg sandwiches to be delivered its a great place. Even when you call 3 times asking where it is and all they can say is «it’s on its way» and don’t even apologize for the obnoxious wait time. And a little over priced if you compare.

I’m from NJ and needed a spot for breakfast. Found this spot and decided to try it. Service was great. Food was good. Can’t really say anything bad. Can’t really say anything extraordinary. I had a good omelet and satisfied my breakfast food craving.

It’s good but not great. It’s clean but not spotless. This may sound silly but I’ve always felt that the store itself has poor feng shui.** It’s narrow and deep. There are windows at the very front but none in the back. What can I say, stuff like that matters to me. When the weather is nice, there is outdoor seating. I am much happier outside than inside. As for the food, it’s OK. The«lite veggie tuna» always gives me heartburn. I suspect it’s due to the diced peppers. The bagels are good but not as good as Wally’s on Deer Park Avenue. Sandwiches come with either potato salad or macaroni salad. Like everything else, they are good but not great. So basically your choices are salad, sandwich(doesn’t have to be on a bagel), panini, or soup. A sandwich with pretzels or chips and a drink will cost you approx. $ 8 — $ 11. I personally would rather spend $ 10 at Chipotle and leave extremely happy, but if you’re in the area and you’re craving a sandwich on a bagel give it a try and let me know what you think. ** What is feng shui? This is a simple question that can be difficult to answer. Feng shui is an ancient art and science developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure health and good fortune for people inhabiting it.

Much better than the current 3 star rating! I came here for breakfast as I was staying in a hotel around the corner and it was the closest option. I did not have high hopes but was hungry and in a rush. The bagels here were a pleasant surprise for sure. In fact I’d say they were better then most I have found in Rhode Island. I had the whole wheat everything with veggie cream cheese which I give two thumbs up to. The bagel was just the right amount crispy outside/soft inside. The cream cheese had red and orange pepper mixed in and tasted great. I was also able to try a bite of the French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I was very jealous. Actually tasted like french toast and possibly the best strawberry cream cheese I’ve ever sampled. The service was ok, the girl who took our order was friendly. The customers were ruder than the employees, at least during this experience. I’d definitely recommend giving the bagel factory a try, you never know, it may surprise you as well!

Great great great iced coffee, for probably the cheapest prices i’ve seen at a bagel café around here! Love how its also separated from the area where you order your food, so its not so crowded! Also the staff is super friendly. I dont recommend going during the typical business hours because there is nowhere to sit if its cold outside(they have outdoor seating). But overall love the bagels too!

The food is ok but not any better or worse than any other bagel place on Long Island. Wish I could give them 0 stars for their customer service. The lady who takes the orders on the phone has got to be the most miserable person on the planet. Just absolutely rude. Not to mention she double charged my debit card for the order I placed. The delivery guy took over an hour to get our order to us that I just gave up and went directly to the store. I saw him taking his time with a cigarette and loading up the delivery van at the slowest pace possible. Best part was when I told the lady that she double charged my debit card and showed her proof from my bank, she gave me the biggest attitude like I was the one who caused my problem. Um hello? It’s called do your job correctly and we wouldn’t have this problem. Next time just skip this place and go to any other bagel shop. They’ll actually be happy to have you business unlike Bagel Factory.

45 minutes of wait time for an order, despite being only 1.5miles away. When it finally arrived they forgot 2 bagels and a coffee. The customer service was terrible, they gave us an attitude when we were placing our order. The food was mediocre and some were outright ridiculous –see cheese fries picture

Wow, I was expecting a pretty good lunch here at the bagel factory. The flies outnumbered the rude staff. Flies in the salad fridge, flies on the bagels, flies everywhere. Just left without eating, but I took some pics of the flies!

Hidden in the corner of Airport plaza this facility is large with outdoor seating and a large selection of bagels. There is a salad bar, grill specials, wraps, breakfast items, and a selection of specialty sandwiches. The salad bar is popular during lunch time. I had a pressed pannini on ciabatta with balsamic, eggplant, grilled chicken, and fresh mozzarella. Preparation took about 6 minutes. Came with a small side of pasta or potato salad. I tried the Pasta salad, which was a little heavy on the mayo for me. Sandwich really was excellent, the chicken breast was a generous helping and made from real chicken. Food was certainly substantial and very filling, no fluff. My $ 8.15 went a very long way here. For the sandwich. For $ 4.20 I also got a 12oz iced coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. Coffee was self serve. I was highly satisfied with the cookie, just was really good. Overall very good experience here.
