Staples the Office Superstore

This review is for the copy/​shipping department at Staples:
Over the past few years I have visited this Staples to use their copy services as well as ship packages from their shipping center.
My most recent visits have all been good but yesterday the staff here was really great especially since the line was massive. The staff worked diligently to serve every customer and they got me in and out quickly.

Important Disclosure: I used to work at this Staples but my review is purely based on my experience as a customer and I can advocate that this Staples has gotten better Customer service wise since I departed.
This Staples has been through several General Managers over the past 5 years. I find it a hit and miss with staff whether or not you get their attention when browsing the aisles. The front end staff do a good job of saying hi when they are not ringing up a customer.
If you plan to use the copy center I would recommend being organized and bring some money so you can get a copy card and make the copies yourself. If you plan to act as a walk-​in and try to get something done same day good luck because this copy center is one of the busiest I seen. If your copy center job is digital I recommend doing it online and then doing a pickup in store it will save you a lot of waiting because the system notifies you when it’s complete.
Shelves are always stocked but during deal days don’t wait to the last minute because they do sell out of special pricing items very quickly.
I can’t comment on the computer repair side as I have never used it but I do not that the prices are not cheap whether its installing software, fixing viruses or trying to get your computer back up and running. Wait for a deal to come along and buy the extended warranty.
