There is not much to say about a typical dollar tree store but the customer service here is a hit and miss depending on who is working. For the most part the store looks clean but when they are stocking shelves you may have difficulty getting through an aisle. Sometimes a smile can go along way when it comes to customer service but don’t plan on seeing too many smiles at this location.

East Falmouth, MA
This weekend we needed to put together some cheap gift bags and decided to stop in at the Dollar Tree in Falmouth. The store was large and they had a good amount of items, but there were a few issues with the store that really rubbed me the wrong way. The first was that even though the shelves were well stocked, there were a ton of boxes on the floor around the perimeter of the store, and in some areas the mess was so great that it was difficult to walk through. The other issues was that there was only one cashier, even though there was a line. The manager was walking in and out of the office, but he didn’t support his employee who was obviously slammed.
Overall this store has great potential, and even though the cashier was obviously overwhelmed, she was polite. The store could improve by better organizing the aisles, but it is nice to finally have a dollar store in Falmouth!
