As someone who works in food service, I was greatly disappointed in the person at the register. My mom and I were spoken to in a very short manner. She did not attempt to up-sell beverages and simply assumed that since my mom wanted chicken on her dish, I did also; she didn’t even bother to ask. I am a vegetarian and was shocked when I saw meat in my bowl as it was brought to our table. I do not intend to come back to this location. Sincerely, A thirsty vegetarian

so my food took forever. then I was given the wrong meal. then a staff member suuuuper rudely told the cook«what are you doing? that’s not hers. hers isn’t done.» very unprofessional to be demeaning/rude to another staff member in front of customers. the food tasted alright.

First time back in forever and I got the pad Thai and it was gross. It was extremely dry and no flavor whatsoever. Definitely don’t plan on coming back!

A nice meal. I had the Indonesian noodles with the peanut sauce. I had grilled chicken added to the dish. It was very good, a little spicy but not too much. I’d definitely order it again. Also ordered a rice crispy treat. It was family size. Portions were huge and the price was right.

It’s food? Don’t know what else to say… Plain and simple noodles. Not much to rave or get excited about. However, my 2 year old actually ate her dinner. An expensive Bowl of noodles topped with butter. Pretty sure the mark up on this food must be exponential.

I was very impressed by how focused and efficient the staff was while preparing our takeout order. We were the jerks coming in 20 min prior to closing after a long flight from Los Angeles. Being that we can’t get Noodles in Long Beach, CA, we made this a priority destination. There was no apparent frustration, just efficient, friendly service. Wish I could come back sooner!

I’ve had a many meals at Noodles & Co in general and a few here, in particular. The menu is varied, so it’s good if you’re grabbing lunch with a handful of coworkers who are in the mood for different foods. The price is a little more(say, 15%) than I’m used to paying for lunch, but the dishes are hit or miss. My most recent order was for some penne pasta, which was pretty bland.

Noodles and Company«is what it is» when it comes to the food, which is always acceptable, never wonderful. But today I found no visible manager as the employee literally THREW my cutlery at me and my dining companion, after tossing the table number at me back at the register. Her bad day made my experience unpleasant. Assuming I’m supposed to review the whole experience, I’m making them down here precisely because there is no body on premises to talk with about this one person. Go to other locations.

This place is pretty mediocre. The food was edible, so I’ll give them that, but you don’t get much for what you pay for. However, good thing it’s pasta b/c it’s very filling. I got a few dishes with my group. The thai curry soup. was not good. I usually finish all my food, but this, I could not. The food came out fast, so that’s nice. However, then you know that it was probably not very fresh. I’m so conflicted!.. speed or quality. The crew awkwardly just stares at you and other customers. It’s a little creepy. We wanted to give this place a try, but probably won’t be coming back here or any noodles & co, just bc the food is so mediocre. To end on a good note, they do have interesting tea flavors.

Every time I come here the staff is attentive and my food is always ready on time since I do take out most of the time. Looks very clean and well organized. Most important that the food always comes out delicious and the way I want it, highly recommended. Thank you for taking care of me as your customer :)

Despite all the other reviews, the staff were fine on the day I went to get take out for our family. The food is just not that good for the price. Everything has this middling not from anywhere in particular taste despite how they label everything being from one country/continent or another. The servings are large but the taste is mediocre.

I would give this location 2.5 stars if I could. As a parent with a 4-year-old, I love the Noodles & Company franchise. The chain is one of the most kid-friendly places around, and there are lots of choices that are inexpensive and that kids will love. I agree with the other reviewers, though, that the employees at this location aren’t the best. My daughter and I both love the pesto cavatappi at other Noodles & Company locations, but here they don’t add enough sauce so it comes out dry and not as flavorful as it should be. I complained to the cashiers about this and asked for extra sauce, and typically get an eye roll for being so unreasonable as to expect my food to actually have flavor. They are terrible about busing tables as well, and we often go in and see half the tables empty but still dirty. Also, this is not the restaurant’s fault, but the parking lot(shared with Whole Foods and other stores) is one of the worst and is always jam-packed with very narrow spots. The Merrifield and Vienna locations of Noodles & Company are much better.

This is an A-OK chain with decent choices for food. I like their Japanese noodles with steak. The soups are good to. Prices are reasonable for a quick lunch. Parking at this location can be a pain to get.

This poor rating has mostly to do with issues of this restuarant — not the food. I think the Penne Rosa is the bomb diggety, and the price is right. Every time I’ve come here, there are a million teenagers who look bored, uninterested, probably high; and if they are not standing there looking miserable, they are goofing off and/or flirting with each other. There is a tall blond kid in there who needs to be fired. I always see him goofing off and one time I caught him picking up a piece of chicken off the grill and eating it while cooking. I was there when I saw what you did — I saw it with my own two eyes, bucko. He looked around to see if anybody saw him, and I know he saw me staring right at him. I should have told the manager on him, but I didn’t want him to spit in my food, as I knew I’d be likely coming back. Maybe all the goofing off is why the food takes so long to come out. A manager gave me a get out of jail free card once because my order took so long for them to make. To me, pasta is like pizza or sex — even when it’s bad it’s pretty good, so I will not complain about the taste of the food. The P-Rosa is tomatoey and creamy, with fresh baby spinach. The P-Cavatappi is pesto-riffic with toothy pasta, and the mac ‘n cheese is creamy and gooey yummylicious. Let’s just get rid of the high schoolers and bring in some college-aged people who understand the privledge of having a job.

If America is the melting pot of cuisine, Noodles & Company is the salad bowl. Under one roof, they have gathered Chinese, American, and Italian all under the banner of noodles, but they are preserved in three distinct menus. They don’t even mess around with fusion. This is cuisine for the atomistic and indecisive family. Of course the breadth compromises their depth and quality and bastardizes traditional cuisine, but at least everyone will have choice. It’s supposed to be a form of fast casual, but they were on the slow side when I went, both in food prep and in clearing tables. Fortunately, you’ll have the time since you’ll be operating their space age soda fountain.

looks like some uninterested teens are running it. I ordered a chicken noodle soup which basically was nothing but hot water.

3.5 more like. Cool drink dispenser, nice people working there who are happy to offer opinions and suggestions(which I like). Mac & Cheese was kind of gross but whole wheat pasta with chicken was good. Not sure I’d call any of the food GREAT, but good is apt.

Nice, new, clean. Futuristic drink dispenser! A bit too pricey though.
