This restaurant is actually attached to a Best Western hotel. The dining room is nice and spacious. The menu includes standard tex-mex food but also American cuisine like burgers, chicken fingers, and even steak. When I entered, nobody was there to seat me at around 6pm. I finally walked up to the bar and he said sit anywhere. I should say that I was the only person in the restaurant. You would think I would get the hint at that point. I ordered the 3 taco meal with guacamole and sour cream. They brought out stale chips and canned salsa. I ate a few bites and had to stop. The taco platter arrived cold and watery. The meat tastes awful. The guacamole looked like green feces and I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Taco Bell would have been much better and a lot cheaper. Avoid at all costs!

Several months ago, the restaurant closed to the public for breakfast and lunch(7 am — 12 noon). They only serve guests of the motel. I was turned away from an empty restaurant since I was not staying there.

Great for a yummy, filling, inexpensive breakfast! My fiancé and I had breakfast here on August 22nd. It was great. The food was delicious, and satisfied my fiancé’s craving for Mexican breakfast food(he’s from Texas originally). I had an unadventurous omelet. It was great, really big, with great presentation. The hashbrowns had been cooked into a nice cylindrical shape, which was very fun, and they were cooked perfectly-crispy on the outside but nice and soft in the center. They were happy to substitute french toast for the bread side for my meal. My fiancé got the ‘el presidente’, which was a «skillet» with eggs, chunks of potato, meat, cheese, and possibly some veggies, I can’t recall. He ordered it with tortillas for the bread side, and asked them to add chorizo. It came out with a VERY generous serving of sour cream on top, no skimping here! He let me have a bite, and I ended up trading him part of my omelet for a tortilla’s worth of his meal! Our server kept our orange juice glasses full, and was quite attentive. Our whole meal for both of us was less than $ 15, and neither of us was hungry again for almost 7 hours. We’ll definitely be going back next time we’re in the mood for Mexican food for breakfast.
