We wanted pizza and we usually go to the Fernley location.
This location (Fallon) has the slice bar (all you can eat pizza) includes a drink. Thought this would be a good idea since hubby was starving.
They have the «this is my job I am here for a paycheck» attitude. Smiling at each other but not at customers.
When my husband asked me why I wasn’t getting anything from the pizza bar I replied «there are no pizzas on the bar I like» they did not ask me what kind I was looking for or even try to recommend a small personal pizza option to try and get something I would eat.
I showed them my military ID and they do not do military discounts at this location.
My husband did say the pizza tastes good. So that is why they get 2 stars instead of one.
We will NOT be coming back here. Too many pizza places in town that give discounts and have happy smiling faces to waste our time and money here.

If you like free food then order here. They messed up on our orders three times in a row. I haven’t had to pay for pizza in about a month. Don’t get me wrong, my favorite type of food is free but I would like the order to be correct. The service is excellent though. Any time I called to let them my order was messed up know they were always professional and kind to me. The deliverers were also very kind, fast, and professional.

Our food was good but the service was lacking. The staff were more interested in socializing with each other than taking care of customers. We sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for the waitress to come so we could ask for a box. We finally decided to abandon our leftover pizza.

If you like cardboard crust, bits of toppings, no tomato sauce then buy pizza from pizza hut. You’d do just as well to get any $ 4.99 pizza at the gas and go or local supermarket. This pizza really is terrible.

I went in around 4PM to see if they could deliver a bunch of pizzas at 11:00 AM the next day. The clerk checked with the manager and I was told they could. Things were all arranged so everyone at work could eat between 11:00 and 12:00 without having to rush. Pizza finally arrived at 11:50. As a result, we either had to rush and scarf down a piece or eat cold pizza after 1:00 PM. A real heart felt apology was given and a small refund. NOT ever going to try a time critical order with them again.
DEC 2013. They moved east and are located in a gas station next to the hospital.

I’m not sure how this place is still in business, the dining room is nearly always empty. I’m sure they do a decent delivery business, but I never order from them since the last time they took 2 hours (and I was picking up the pizza!!!) I only give them three stars because I love the stuffed crust pizza :0 So yummy… my addiction. Otherwise, this place sucks. It’s generally dirty, the staff is slow… the only redeeming quality is that it’s a pizza hut with pizza hut pizza.
