I made the unfortunate mistake of going here after a car accident. Dr. Ramsden signed an agreement from my attorney’s office stating she agreed to be paid after the case was settled. About one year later I’m still attempting to reach a settlement, and I receive this ugly, nasty letter from «Dr.» Ramsden. It was something I did not expect from her, it sounded like she was in the middle of a «melt down», so I ignored her.
The case was settled about 6 months later, I lived up to my responsibility and she was sent her payment in full.
No apology or thank you received. In my opinion, this woman either has a loose screw or a drinking problem.
